My group of friends all had some biónicos and we were all disappointed at the quality of the fruit, the mango,melon, and papaya were not ready to be served to the public. I have been to other places that take pride in their food products and they will let me know if the fruits I chose are ripe or not. Well my entire plate was inedible as the fruits was as hard as a rock, still green!! I understand wanting to make money, but this is how you lose customers, I don’t want to go somewhere that doesn’t take pride in what they do, good thing there’s plenty of other places we can go to. I suggest you make sure to try your food before you leave the establishment or just take your money elsewhere. First time visit and I'll be back! My children and I stopped in for paletas. They had so many choices and all are made in house. Other offerings: ice cream by the cone, chocolate covered bananas, strawberries and cream, fruta con chili, and snacks like nachos and elote. There was even more than that. My kids and I all enjoyed our treats. It was their first experience with Mexican ice cream. The people who were running the store were helpful and down-right kind. Got a nasty tasting strawberry Fresca and they couldn’t swap it out or even refund it . I Like the elotes but terrible service . Sad because I liked it til today . Work on returning product when costumers aren’t satisfied. Don’t just taste it yourself and say it’s good . It tasted sour the white cream and was warm .
