Quite unhappy. Came in for a screen repair, picked up “ repaired” phone, which was working, yet it wouldn’t charge. I sat the phone on my desk and Went about my day to return later and find it cracked by the home button.

I was told there was a 30 day warranty. I came back I , and explained how the phone wasn’t charging and he said he could fix the issue, plugged it in and told me the battery was the problem, even after I explained it had been replaced by apple not 3 months ago. He charged me 35 for a replacement battery, and low and behold it STILL didn’t charge.

$110.00 later and my iPhone 7 is STILL inoperative and I only have lost money to show for the ordeal replied but NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. ...

Fixed my phone screen and got me a new screen protector for $90 which was the cheapest out of all the places I called. Said it would take about 20 min but took about 40 . Update it’s 2/14/25 phone screen has lines going through it and when I asked if there was any warranty they said 40 days and for something we paid almost a $100 for I would’ve expected it to be done correctly. They said it would do it at a discount of $70 and I declined because what are the chances we pay the $70 for it to be done half way and it messes up after the 40 day warranty. Horrible experience! Bought my son new phone from this place for Christmas and it was total let down. The guy said it was new phone and it was unlocked but it clearly wasn’t. I drove to there shop 2 times and both times they said the problem was fixed but it never was. They never called me back like they said they would. So my son didn’t have good working phone phone for over a week. And I was out 200 for phone that didn’t work. Just was all around bad experience. They should have never sold me a phone that was not unlocked...
