Your worker Alexa (short fair skin thick female) needs a wake up call. This is the third time I experienced her rudeness and I figured we all have bad days so I wasn't going to say anything, well now I have to say something. This female is very rude and not a good person and she needs some extra training on how to be a good human being. This time I got your normal box of signature chicken for the family. She decided to put the ONLY old disgusting piece of chicken that was on the rack where the skin was completely pulled off like someone took a bite into my box so I nicely asked her can she put a different piece inside and she turns around with an angry look on her face and says What? I politely and firmly ask her again so she can hear and she goes âWHAT?â Again! While saying it with a nasty attitude she decides to hear me and snatches the disgusting piece of chicken out the box and throws it in the trash!! If you have a camera available you should watch it. It was disgusting behavior and I will never come to this place again if she is there. The fact that she heard what I said but kept saying what and then throws the chicken away shows her disgusting behavior is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with. For some reason, they have chronic issues with their drive-thru computers resulting in the drive-thru being closed. Other times, they are out of something that they sell. Of course, they were out of the popular chicken sandwiches with only one sign communicating this information. The sign was hard to read among the other signs about specials for items that were probably out of and the notices regarding the drive-thru being closed. The service is ALWAYS slow so don't go if you're "hangry" and your blood sugar is dropping. You will be waiting for a long time and there is a chance that your order could be wrong.
Popeye's has to step it up and match their service and technology with the food, if they are going to compete with Chick-Fil-A. I've never been to a Chick-Fil-A with these issues. The service is fast, even with a long line and the drive-thru is never closed. Today I spend 22 minutes to get my food and comes to finding out there is no bread. When I asked to speak to the manager Travis the Manager first did not want to deal with me he threw his hand in the air when his associate asked him to speak to me and then never admitted that bread was still available but they simply refused to serve me. How do I know the bread was available and they simply did not want to make the sandwich well after speaking to general manger Moshed who wasnât much helpful couldnât answer why was my request denied to began with instead his solution was a free sandwich.... I am not sure why the item is listed on the menu and when I am willing to pay for it I can not have until I complaint? I no longer want to deal with the locationâs manager at this time.
