I went to this subway tonight, at 8:45PM, and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wanted to try subway's new cheesy garlic bread sub. I walked in and saw that there were two female sandwich makers. One was already assisting a couple in front of me, so the second one came to my end and asked what I wanted. I asked for the cheesy garlic bread meatball sub. She replied with, "What kind of bread?". I was under the impression that the cheesy garlic bread was the bread, so I said, "The cheesy garlic bread." She then proceeds to ROLL HER EYES AT ME, CALL ME AN IDIOT IN SPANISH AND SAY "White bread?". At this point the other sandwich girl stops helping the other couple to explain to me that its a cheesy garlic SPREAD on a bread of my choice. At this point, I'm already enraged but nod my head and smile at my rude helper and say "Sure! White bread is fine." She then turns her back and starts cursing and insulting me in spanish, which causes the nicer worker to intercept and take over my order, letting the rude girl finish off the couple's order instead. Once the nicer worker is finished with my order, I'm back to the rude worker who is at the register. I hand her my money, IN HER HAND WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE. SHE THROWS MY RECEIPT ON THE COUNTER AND TURNS HER BACK TO ME.
As a former retail store assistant manager, I am disgusted, enraged and ashamed to even go to this subway anymore. You, the managers, need to train your employees better on basic customer service etiquette. I could have made a scene, but I chose not to. I hope this situation does not happen to the wrong customer in the future, because I've seen how bad that can get. Please retrain...
Read moreI came here with my little sister , and witnessed the most racist altercation I have seen in a while. It was very heartbreaking, an elderly Asian man who spoke English perfectly but with an accent was asking for extra things on his sub (which he said he was willing to pay for), both of the employees said no. After a while of him asking for extra onions, it was not given to him. The man proceeded to say he was willing to pay for the onions, the employees kept saying no but in a way that was making the rest of the customers uncomfortable. The man finally decided he will not proceed with the 3 subs he had. And the 2 employees instead of trashing the subs proceeded to put the items back where they picked them up from. Read moreOrdered through the app because of the discounts. When we arrived they told us they had not received our order. We showed them proof that the order was sent to this location and the confirmation of receipt/payment. The staff refused to help or find a solution.
We decided to cancel and reorder on the app, but when we tried, it said this location was “offline”. We told them this but still, no help. We now have to dispute the order with our bank so we’re not charged.
I work in customer service and would never treat people this way. They were more concerned with being right than getting our business.
We went out of our way to visit this location because we’ve always had the best service here. That ended tonight.
We were able to reorder from another location, and will not be returning to this store.
