Honestly hated working here. A couple months ago, a woman found a bed bug and no one knew because when she notified Discover about seeing the bed bug, they did nothing but move her desk from where the bed bug was and told her not to say anything to anyone. Bed bug situation came up again and they sent us home for the day to fumigate the area. Came back the next day only to find out they had only fumigated the area about 3 hours before and still expected us to work with the strong chemicals. We had ANOTHER bed bug situation last week and they instructed us not to come back for a week, but before actually discovering it was another bed bug issue, no one was communicating with us what exactly happened, why we were being sent home, and what steps to take. We were forced to work from home, with Discover not giving a crap about if we were able to work from home in the first place. No emails were being sent out and we had to make calls to HR to find out what the hell was going on. Come to find out they’ve been “communicating” with us through Microsoft Teams instead of calling, texting, or even emailing anyone. Super unprofessional to me. Everyone’s experience is different, but it is by far one of the worst jobs I’ve...

Plus when I researched calling Discover to cancel the account, people have said that Discover needs to speak with the deceased in order to cancel the account. This is why I went in with paperwork in the first place. Call first before...
