I called to inquire about hair for box braids, passion twists, etc., The woman who answered the telephone tells me she didn’t know if they sold the hair, but mentioned another type of hair. Okay, so why do they have someone answering their business line who are useless to inquiring customers and does not know their inventory?

Then, she tells me to call back in 1.5 hours, because that is when the person who knows their inventory will be back. So senseless.. Here I am trying to avoid going to the Koreans, by Buying Black and Jordan’s is pretty much telling me to go to the Koreans. Truly...

This was a nice store with very friendly service. Unfortunately, they have a very small selection of hair, and they don't sell braiding hair. They only sell tracks. I've read that black-owned stores can have a hard time getting contracts with Korean hair distributors, so some of them struggle to stock hair. I'm not sure if that's the issue here. But because that could be the case, I don't hold it against them. I would definitely go back for styling products.
