Went to this location to pick up a order for Doordash today. I got in line so as not to cut in front of the customers that were already waiting to place their order which is only respectful. After a few minutes I made it to the counter and informed the young lady that I was there to pick up a order for Leo from Doordash. She called out to the crew to inform them that I was there to pickup the order. All is fine at this point. I step to the right end of the counter to wait for the order because it was a few customers already standing at the pickup window waiting for their food. After a few minutes a young lady calls out Doordash. I acknowledged her call and proceeded to step to the left end of the counter but the other customers were still crowded at that end so I stopped at the right to avoid forcing the customers from having to move. Now mind you she’s only about 6 feet from where I’m standing, so instead of just handing me the food at the other end, she continued to called out Doordash. I responded, Right here. She called out Doordash again. At this point the young gentleman whom I guess is the shift manager says “Hey Bro, walk to the other end.” Mind you its people already crowded at the other end. Then the young lady says. “ The sign says pickup.” Now mind you, these are kids address an adult. Read moreAbsolutely disgusted! The Drive thru menu board/screen wasn't working so we pulled up to the first window only to have the employee behind the window not acknowledge us or take our order. No problem, we pull up to window 2. The employee doesn't greet us, nor apologize for the inoperative drive thru screen, but instead says "that'll be $10". Clearly an indicator of what's to come. We spend the next 5 minutes explaining why, how, and what prevented us from ordering...as if the employee was unaware of the situation. We finally order and wait 10 or so more minutes for our food. Everything in our bag was cold as if it was sitting out for hours. Fries cold and hard, onion rings cold and tasted like burnt old grease, burgers cold and tasted like they were from the freezer of Jewel Osco and microwaved. Fish sandwiches cold and fried in the same old burnt grease as the onion rings. Totally unedible. Frustrated with our decision to choose this place of business or circle back for another opportunity to be disappointed, we opted to keep our cool and go to the grocery store. The goal of this post is not to trash the spirit of the staff who were just doing their job but to make the OWNERS aware of this incident. Please do better. We're all in this economy together. Read moreI don’t know where to start after a 12hr shift, then straight to pick up my kids I was exhausted this particular day. I just wanted something fast for us to eat. I ordered about $25 worth of food. The drive thru service wasn’t the best, but I just needed to get my kids something so i overlooked it. When i got home and took everything out the bag i was missing the 12piece chicken ring i instantly called the location to inform the crew member that i was missing an item from my order that i paid for. I told her my order item from item and she was able to look up the receipt i told her i would be back tomorrow around the same time after my shift to pick up the missing 12 piece. The crew member asked for my name and said that was fine i informed her i wasn’t given a receipt she said she had the receipt it was fine. Tonight i get there and explain the situation and it was like i hadn’t purchased anything. The manager on duty stated that she wasn’t there and i provided the wrong name. Thats unfair the crew member misheard me and wrote the wrong name down. I was unable to get what i had paid for. Although it was only $5, it was the principal of right and wrong it was my $5 and i wasn’t giving away money to a million dollar organization just for the hell of it.
