Philly Sub — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Yesterday, I placed an order with this restaurant, a steak burger, a chicken philly, and a steak philly. My order was hot and made exactly the way I wanted it. It was delicious! Today, I placed an order, pretty much the same one. It was TERRIBLE! My phillies were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The bread was almost as if they had taken it right out of the package and slapped the meat on it. My steak burgers were OVERLY crunchy around the edges and were very sloppily put together. We contacted the restaurant and spoke to who I assume to be owner of the place. He wouldn't let us get a word in edge wise! When we asked what could he do about this messed up order, he offered to recook the burgers, but not the phillies. He was rude and condescending. I will not be ordering from this restaurant...

I ordered a Gyro sandwich with fries and pop. I was not impressed .The gyro meat was almost flavorless which I thought was a bit strange. Maybe it's old or a cheaper Gyro meat product. Man, oh man. I just ordered through door dash. I know delivery causes food to become soggy and less fresh, but this food lacked any love at all. Fried food was straight soggy and stone cold, and the Philly was the worst Philly I've probably had. Get the motivation...
