A strip. Mostly a one stop. Fast food, cleaners, Boost mobile. Etc. Ppl are fine. The Laundromat sucked tho. The wash card machines are wonky. Then some of the washers need maintenance cuz the spin cycle will skip. Leaving ur clothes sopping wet. The attendant has to do all these sequences just to get it to work properly. The floors are uneven. Carts just go rolling. The establishment itself needs to be deep cleaned. It just seems dated. The washers and dryers definitely would benefit from some TLC. Its currently 9:10PM in Chicago, and this plaza parking lot is SUPER dark. The Lights that they use are set on a timer. I assume the owner of the property doesnt want to pay a high light bill- cause the city lights are the only thing thats currently lighting up the parking lot.

Because of this, this location would be a PERFECT location for people to get robbed and car jacked. Once this happens, people will no longer want to visit this location, businesses will loss money (including the owner of the lot). So yeah, the owner of this property is a SUPER SMART...
