I ordered for pickup and had to call several times before my call was answered. Order was ready at the time given. I paid 26.00 for a small cheese pizza and perch dinner. The pizza was hot and that first bite was good. I dislike the fact that Italian Fiesta don’t put cheese around the edges of the pizza. You end up with portions of the pizza that’s just sauce and bread. That lowers the overall score for me. Id rank it 3/5. The fish was my favorite of the two meals. It comes with fries, coleslaw and garlic bread. The pieces of fish were big, which at first I thought perhaps it was basa instead of perch. It’s seasoned well and the fries are reminiscent of Popeyes seasoned fries but slightly better. Their cole-slaw is good if you like it on the sweeter side. I wasn’t impressed with the garlic bread. The only problem I had with order was the fact that they added ketchup packets inside the box with food. I don’t think restaurants realize how unsanitary it is for you to touch these packages and then pack them with the food. I’d rate the fish dinner at 3.7/5 for taste. Overall service a solid 3 out of 5.

Today I ordered a pizza like I normally do. I ordered pizza from this location and multiple locations of a time in fiesta all the time. Today I ordered a pizza and there was no toppings which I requested. I paid the money for it, but I didn’t receive what I paid for. Upon explaining it to two different representatives, both managers they explained to me that the store is closed and I will not be able to get a refund or an exchange. They explained to me that I will have to wait until tomorrow to get an exchange. I was met with vulgarity and unprofessionalism. Never have I ever experienced this with this establishment. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset at the unprofessionalism and the uneducated individuals that I spoke with. This is business therefore, these ignorant people need to understand what business is. Nonetheless, I know how to play them. I specifically asked for turkey sausage, jalapeño, garlic, and spinach on one side and pepperoni on the other side. Here are pictures of my pizza.

Not a good way to run a buisness, I walked in and ordered a pizza, the girl said 30 min ,so I wait and wait and wait !!total wait was one hour and 6minutes !!!!I mean people were walking in complaining about the orders being screwed up and being lied to about wait time .so after the long hour wait in a tiny store front,I got the pizza ,and let me tell you it sux, no cheese barely,no sauce and cheap with the meat ,small.pizza was $15 and some change. I got one topping. My opinion: that buisness needs better management, I mean I see people walking in and out and I dont know why??food is terrible and service is worse .they talk to you like your nothing, she didnt even offer me anything for the long wait .not even a bottle of water or a fry.i will never visit again.food is horrible..stay away .if your new to Chicago try giordanos or Gino's or anything but Italian fiesta .have to leave pizza making for people that make it I guess..

I suggest ordering around early afternoon. That way u can avoid some of the following issues (large crowds in a small wait area, food quality, wait time ,etc). Parking sucks, go by foot or bike

The store has a better appearance, safe location, but some of the staff remains irritable - mainly some of the females who work the register (edit 6/2024, this has improved for me. The girls up front I ran into last time must've just been having a bad day, no worries). But from time to time, youll have the guys who work in the back mean mugging u through the glass, (edit 6/2024 , some of the guys in the back, with the mean mugs, still remain😂)

As for the food, the 47th location gets lots of traffic because its the Italian fiesta at one of the safer locations; and because of the Obama cosign. but I don't feel like it's the best Italian fiesta in Chicago. The one on 71st is better... but the area is sketchy. The 47th location, food is decent, but this is mainly the pizza spot u go to from time to time when u want some tasty flat bread pizza ( I think Italian fiesta has the best flatbread in Chicago) Giordanos down in Hyde Park (and Capri Pizza) have flat and deep dish pizza, Better customer service, fresher ingredients, but it'll cost u much more for...

I placed an order with Italian Fiesta of 2 large pizzas to be picked up at the 47th & Lake Park location. When I got there, they said that they did not have a record of my order. They had me wait a while & then told me that there was a mix-up AGAIN (so this had happened to others before me) & somehow my pizzas were at the 71st Street location. I was told I could wait 45 minutes to an hour & pick at the 47th Street location or I could pick the pizzas up from the 71st Street location at a discount. I drove over to the 71st Street location & they told me that they only accepted cash & that should have been told to me when placing the order. I explained that it wasn't & that this was not where I originally was to pick up the pizza because this was a mistake of Italian Fiesta's end, & the manager did not seem to care & was rude. He then told me I would only received a $2 discount for the error, after I has wasted time & gas driving from the other location. End result, I left with no pizzas & ended up ordering from Papa John's. I gave then 1 star because 0 was not an option to choose from. I have had other problems with them, but this was the worst. I will NEVER order from them again. I will not pay for...

Went here about 2 weeks ago and when I first walked in the music was loud. They ran out of turkey slices for the lunch special so I ended up ordering a medium turkey and veggie pizza. Didn’t catch a nice vibe from here but the only reason I came is because my wife wanted this pizza. Got my wife pizza and it was wrapped in foil and paper! We started to pull it off and the entire pizza was coming off with the foil and paper, so I stopped and just asked for my money back. Once I asked for my money back the lady from the back came and pulled the pizza wrappings off slowly and said nothing is coming off granted it wasn’t if we have to sit here and pull slowly in order for my toppings not to come off. Who has the time for that when it’s hot, music loud and had to wait 45 minute. Then the manager/lady said here you can have the pizza for your troubles and a refund, but the way she gave me attitude and told me I’m trying to help you, I thought I was doing you a favor for giving you the pizza and a refund. I didn’t need a favor, I needed my pizza to not damn near fall apart and get attitude when I asked for a refund. Went to Dolton to get the same pizza and service...
