
If i could give them zero stars i would the girl that was doing my hair her name is caniya which is thenyexperence on instagram she is very unprofessional and rude she change my appointment 3 times and when i finally did come she was very rude didn’t speak steady making sounds behind my back while doing my hair as if she didn’t want to do it and she sat me under the dryer for almost 40 min and i only had braids and also left to get food which then left me sitting there for almost 30 more minutes waiting …… she then came back and i ask her to make my braids longer she than proceeded to state she has another client which i definitely understand but if you already have a client that is unsatisfied with your work and they are paying you should fix it. then we got into a verbal altercation which she walked off and stating she was done and my edges were not done so i then stated if i don’t pay you … you gone be mad .. i then felt threatened as she proceeded to say oh your going to pay me .., the owner came down from the other shop with an attitude making it seem like i said i wasn’t going to pay her but if you don’t finish my hair no matter if it’s a braid or edges why should i pay for a service that wasn’t complete the owners mother was in the salon trying to mediate the situation she is a very nice lady and i really appreciate her for making the situation better and just making me feel welcomed and the owner began talking very disrespectfully to her mother being rude and also stated if a customer is getting buck with one of us in the shop your suppose to ask them to leave … so instead of her coming down to figure out what’s going on she immediately began defending her workers instead of making the client happy in her suppose to be safe environment she has a nasty attitude and needs to get better customer service skills i can guarantee if i was a celebrity the situation would have went different everybody deserves respect because at the end of the day you don’t know who i know or who i really am and for me to be treated like that by a stylist and the owner of the shop i would never come back or recommend anybody to this establishment and i still left out the shop unsatisfied because of the length of my braids the hair it’s self is very nice and neat not to mention i was at the shop since 8:30am & left at 3pm almost 7 hours for a hairstyle that I’ve had before and i know that it only takes 4 maybe almost 5 hours not 7 and also stated by the stylist she is not on my time & if I’m paying you who time are you on ? However, the stylist was UNPROFESSIONAL, on her phone and eating snacks while doing my niece hair. She took entirely too long and the audacity to ask “ who book’s hair appointments on days that they have other plans”? Uhhhh people who have agendas on a daily basis. The bottom line is that the unprofessionalism runs deep in this salon and everyone needs to regroup, retake, and redo!! I’m still puzzled by the owner having two locations, 154,000 followers and still had the time to post a kid on social looking for $50 and we tried to pay her stylist! Read moreI ordered silkening mist which is a very great product. But the establishment that sells it is very unprofessional. I ordered two bottles of the product and only received one. I took pictures and a video of the unopened package. It was in a package as if it was two bottles but one side was empty. I opened the package on video to email to the seller. I never got a reply back through email or on Instagram after two weeks of trying to rectify this issue. So then I went through my PayPal account to try to reach the seller and she did not reply.
