This store needs to work on its costumer service! They prioritize online customers over in-store costumers. It has been a nightmare dealing with them and then they sold a pair of shorts out from under me. I put some shorts on hold and then got called out of town for work. The shorts were initially supposed to be held till Thursday night until they close, which is their policy that it will be held until close. I was going to be gone so I called Thursday morning and said I would be able to pick them up on Monday. Then three hours after I called I got a voicemail saying that there is online interest and if you donāt get back to us before the end of the day we will send them out tomorrow (Friday). So I called the second time for the day and told them the situation. They said they couldnāt do anything. Then I called again and they said they packaged the order but it hasnāt been sent out yet but we canāt do anything for you. Luckily my mother was close to the store and was able to just try and pick them up. She gets there and the lady told her that she talked with the manager and the owner of all of the stores and they said they couldnāt do anything. They totally could have, itās happened to me at other stores where me as the online buyer bought something that was on hold and they just refunded my order. The most frustrating thing was they hadnāt even sent off the package yet. It was still at the store. Me as the costumer did everything right. They should have held my order by the end of the day on Thursday regardless. This way they are following their own policy. I called and extended my hold till Monday. So it shouldāve been left alone. When I got the call saying they would ship it out tomorrow I called and explained I wanted them and again to put them on hold till Monday. Ultimately they sold them out from under me even though I did everything I should have. They just didnāt fulfill their end of the agreement.
