I went it to see some of my clothes and I brought 2 big garbage bags full of clothing, I walked in and both the girls working were in the back and I waited a good 5-10 minutes for them to come out and help me and this was my first time selling and the girl helping me didn’t tell me anything about how it all worked or how they pick and choose or when it would be done she gave me no help at all. So I went and waited in my car expecting a text when my things were done because I gave them my phone number but I never received one so I went in after about an hour to check in and the girls were in the back again and I waited a good while for them again. She gave my bags back and said they bought nothing, mind you I’m a 17 year old girl whose style is pretty trendy and they didn’t want anything. That’s baffling to me! I guarantee you those girls didn’t care at all and just looked at my stuff super fast and called it good. They told me it wasn’t trendy enough, there was stains, and poor quality. I made sure to put nothing with stains or rips or anything like that in there because I knew they wouldn’t take it and like I previously said the clothes in there were fairly in style I’d say majority of them were. Really disappointed in the communication. I called before bringing clothes asking if they are looking for any specific items or brand names to sell to know which items to bring. The associate on the phone told me that there is nothing in particular, just bring what I think is cute. They accepted none of my clothes because they said they are styles that do not “sell well.” Before driving out, I wish the associate would have actually explained to me what styles and brands they specifically want and what sells well for them, instead of having me randomly select items to bring. Plato’s Closet and Clothes Mentor have always given me detailed descriptions of items they are looking for and I have never had a visit to those stores afterwards where I did not sell to them, since I knew in advance what they want! I don’t recommend selling clothes to this store. It seems they are overstocked and particular on what they buy, without knowing how to relay what they are looking for to...

This store has some pretty cute things but, I will not shop here or sell my stuff here again. I went to sell some things there tonight and got $16 for SEVERAL items; I know they will make at least $16 on 2 or 3 of the items they "bought". I should have tried to get more I suppose but, I was in a pinch for time and cash and didn't have time to argue and wasn't in the right state of mind to either. This place practically gets things for free and then sells them for 10x what they "buy" it for.
