It is easy to find (this was my first time here). The staff and owner are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you to answer questions. They started to get busy and I noticed they addressed each person as they came in, found out what they needed then told them how long until someone would be with them. I never felt rushed. ADDENDUM: In 5 months, the device started leaking and I was told by an associate that "sometimes they just do that" even after I told him I was using nearly 1½ x's the juice as before. My husband bought a new device 3 months ago and it has gone from dead to full chg in 4 hrs to now 8 hrs to charge from dead. It also does not hold the chg as long. He was also told the same excuse.
