China Wok — Restaurant in Imperial Township

Even though the food is good.. But the service sucks.. I ordered from them twice for delivering.. First time they took over an hour for them to bring it.. And our food was cold.. Spent 40 some odd dollars.. And they wouldn't replace it.. Second time.. I ordered.. New years eve 2016.. Ordered, the man than answered you couldn't understand him.. And very rude, saying I,need to spell things for him, and never told me the total of my order.. And made special request for the fried rice that,went with one of the combos.. When,the food got to the house.. The same man that took my order, got pissy b.c he claimed that he couldn't find my house.. Called back and complain that my order was messed up b.c the special fried rice was messed up. And was told that they were not sure if they can get back to us an replace it. And they will call me back . and try to do store credit.. And the owner came back.. And bitched say it was to...

I've been coming here for years but after last night I think I'm finally done. The food is actually pretty good most of the time but the service is awful! Never once have they said "thank you", "hello", "gave a good day" or anything of that sort. They are quite rude and many times incredibly slow.

Last night (a Tuesday) I called in an order at 5:15pm. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived promptly at 5:30pm, paid, and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes!

As I sat and waited, people came in off of the street, ordered food, received it, ate it in the restaurant and left before I got mine. How is it that I call in a small order (two entrees and a starter) and it takes 50 minutes, but other people's similarly sized orders take 10 minutes? And it's certainly not the first time this happened here, but it's the last time it will happen here to me. Too many other...

Fantastic food!! Just wish the delivery man was less rude…both times I delivered this month he was a bit unkind…first time he got mad that we had no numbers on the mailbox, we are renovating so we really had no choice. The Second time, as soon as he came in to view from the street I greeted him nicely, excited for my yummy food and was met with A slurry of mean and angry broken English words. I didn’t understand a single word he said besides the word $30. I just said ok?…after having him try and repeat what he said. and continued to write the tip and total, and almost forgot the signature. just before I stepped away from the door I was using to write on the receipt with, I hear a fast “SIGNATURE” come from the delivery man as I was already about to sign it since I forgot.
