Subway — Restaurant in Imperial Township

I have been searching for my go to SUBWAY® ever since the ones in valley park and jeffco have been bought out. I have never been to this location yet, and now I’m never going anywhere els but here. Every time my husband suggests subway, we try different stores. Just hoping they won’t clump a pile of veggies in the middle of the bread. Happens every time and they get sauce everywhere. I immediately called my husband with joy when I left this location today 07/24. Karleigh, Tzipporah, and Kim are true sandwich artists!! Great customer service, very friendly, and I wish you could have see my order that was made. Beautiful! The cashier mentioned how the bottom of the bags should be supported. She didn’t have to, she did because she cares. My veggies were spread out evenly with the correct amount of each. Gave the seasonings a few good shakes not just one like everyone else does. Three perfect lines of sauce like it’s supposed to be. My son got a pepperoni pizza and they tore up the pepperoni and spread it out. I can’t stand when stores put huge slices on, that come off after taking one bite and burning your lip. I worked at subway for years and I can tell when someone takes pride in building a sandwich. Sounds silly I know. But you can taste how a sandwich looks, 100%. The owner and manager of this store should be very proud their employees make sandwiches to Subway University perfection! Great...

Ordered subway thru door dash tonight and everything was fine until I opened the 3rd sandwich of a 60 dollar order. I had ordered double meat and as you can see from this picture, there is no meat. We also didn't receive our chips but I wasn't going to sweat that. I called up to the store and Laura was very nice and asked me if I wanted to come up and get another sandwich. I said of course and went to subway. I don't know what happened in that 12 minute drive but when I arrived I was surprised there was no sandwich. Laura proceeds to act like I was lying about no meat and was givinge issue over it. Then at one point she says..well I'll do it this time but never again. I left the store because that was crossing the line. That sandwich cost me 20 bucks of the 60 and I never even got to taste it. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried calling the two numbers of managers and no answer. So I'm out not only 20 bucks but...

Who knew basic could be so delightful? Subway, you’ve managed to elevate simplicity to an art form. Every time I walk in, it’s like a choose-your-own-adventure book, but with bread.

From the moment I lay eyes on that assembly line of fresh veggies and cold cuts, I feel like a culinary mastermind. Today, I crafted a sandwich so perfect it should be in a museum – or at least on Instagram. The best part? I didn’t even have to cook it!

The staff? They’re sandwich ninjas. Quick, precise, and always ready with a smile – or maybe they’re just humoring my indecisiveness. Either way, it’s appreciated.
