Always love making the trip to Arnold just to visit this store! Love that most of the time you go one of the owners is there. They are always friendly and willing to help. Love the selection that they have. And the fact they have a plus size section. For someone who is between regular sizing & plus size it makes it easier to find great clothing. Purse & shoe selections can be hit and miss but I've found some great deals. I've also sold to this location a few items. I will say if you bring in items that aren't name brand like "pink, miss me, Victoria secret, etc" or regular sizing clothes and there are the younger girls or the Male owner working they tend not to purchase items from you. I dont know why but its happened on more then a few occasions. My only guess is the girls are thinking about what they would buy. And sorry to the Male owner but honestly thing the buying of items to the store should be left to the women. It is a womens store. (Please dont be offended by this)Which is one my knocks on the place that I dont care for. I will say I have enjoyed the postings on social media of the new items they have which makes me want to visit more often because I see new items that catch my eye. Please keep it up! The second thing I dont care for is though is all the clothing modeled are all small sized girls. If you could have a plus size girls/woman modeling new items you'd have all my $$$ & support. Keep up the great work yall! & if your trying to appeal to the plus size girls/women then please dont forget to include us in your posts on social media and please buy our items if we bring them in to sell. If us plus sized women are bringing them it then its stuff we like to wear. We don't need name brands either. Just items that fit...

In addition to finding some great clothes (and accessories) at great prices, I was very impressed with how well organized the store was by type/style of clothing and size. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and the organization made it easy for me to head right to the sections I wanted to look through. If I didn't see exactly what I wanted right off, the owner directed me right to it without a moment's hesitation. But the best (and most surprising) part of the experience is that I didnt realize until approaching the door that we'd arrived about 6 minutes before closing time. I thought "well, I'll just take a quick peek" and ended up taking like 7 items to try on. After making selections from those, my friend and I started oohing and aahing over the extensive handbag and jewelry selection and and I lost all track of time. We kept that store open 45 minutes late and the owner was kind the entire time, never once tried to shoo us out because it was past closing. I was shocked when we got to the car and saw how late he'd let us shop (we did buy stuff, I'm sure that helped, LOL!) Please do not take this review as an excuse to abuse the owner's time or kindness!!! I purchased a dress, had a less than fantastic experience picking it up. Usually I pick up items or shop with no problems. I reached out via Instagram to let someone know that it was a less than great experience and why. I was responded to by the person who provided the less than great experience. She then blocked me on Instagram after this exchange: “I’m not usually very sensitive about my weight or size but I certainly didn’t like it put in my face today.” “Carrie I am the owner who handed you the bag. I am so very confused by this. I ask everyone if they want to try on before they leave as a courtesy to return. I have no idea how that can be insensitive.” “I think it’s more or less when your said it MIGHT fit.” “Ok- my apologies.” That’s it. Then I was blocked? I won’t be selling anymore and I certainly won’t be buying. None of my daughters will either. This isn’t the way to handle the situation. You could have left the apology and been done, still retaining customers. I gave two stars because the sweet, short lady with the long light brown hair has ALWAYS been fantastic to me.
