We were supposed to attend a close friends graduation from SNU. I contracted Covid and we were unable to attend. I wanted to send a gift basket to our friends who were staying at a cabin in Incline Village congratulating the parents and grandparents of the graduate. I thought there's no way I am going to be able to do it on such a short notice. Promptly after I left a message on the website Darya replied and said, "Yes, I can make it happen". She made the whole process so easy from picking out the items to the payment method. Darya not only personalized the basket but delivered it herself! Absolutely amazing service from Darya, a perfect example of a business being customer obsessed. I sent a contact email inquiring about different gift basket options after 7 p.m in the evening not expecting to receive a response until the next business day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response back over live chat within minutes in the evening answering all my questions and providing back great suggestions.

Darya was detailed orientated and provided a bunch of great options for me to pick and choose from all wonderful locally sourced items. I can not properly express how impressed I was with them !! Darya went above and beyond at everything, delivering a world class gift basket, on time, as promised. They over -communicated every step of the way. I was sending a time sensitive basket from NJ to Tahoe, found them online and they went above and beyond my expectations, they even delivered through major storms, possible avalanche warnings too!!!
