As someone with no pokemon TCG playing experience but have been collecting cards for a while I recently went to their Causal Play for novice event. I told the owner I had no idea what was going on and just wanted to watch. He was more than willing to let me do that. The owner and a player who I am assuming is a regular in the shop were super willing to answer all my silly questions and the man playing explained the basics of what he was doing during his turns. It was a great experience I wasn’t made to feel stupid or laughed at in anyway. Highly recommend the shop. Prices seemed good compared to other places I have purchased cards before. Awesome little local card shop with a very helpful and honest owner Todd!! He has a great loyalty program as well. Caters to the local gaming community first. No inflated prices or exploitation of hard to find cards/supplies. Nice little play area as well if you are trying to avoid the large over stimulating shops. I recommend checking him out if you can.
