Disappointed it has gone down hill. Service, Food Quality and Cleanliness. Could really use some coporate help.
We used to eat here couple three times a month. Once in a while we would get shorted a tender or bread, once got shorted fries. On my last visit that we ate there I was served what I belive was double fried tenders. My wife mentioned to the cashier she wanted two dipping sauces as the containers are never full and asked why we are charged for a second that is only half full. Then we got the chicken that appeared to be ones they rebattered and cooked again. They were twice the size and really dark.
A month ago my wife and I went in and the place was full of dirty tables, I asked for the manager and he never showed up to front, he instead he by passed to the dining area. Meanwhile someone else behind the cadhier was taking the cheap plastic lids off someone elses food tray cole slaw and the told the server to put in the sink so they can be reused, this makes no sense since the bowls are thrown away. That's like saving the drink covers to reuse, really? It just shows the lack of knowledge in the staff. I was going to mention that to the manger but was not going to chase him around the dinning area so we gave up and canceled our order we left and went next door to eat.
Last night we were going to try it again, around 5:45 to 6:00 no cars in the parking lot, one car in the drive through. We pulled up and sat there for a few minutes deciding on who was going into see if the place was clean. No other car pulled up while we sat there. That was enough to make us go eat else where. It's too bad we really liked the atmosphere and the food. In last few months it has really...
Read moreVery disappointed. Went into the restaurant and ordered one meal at a time where they had maybe a quarter of their tables with people sitting at them. When I sat down, I noticed there were three or four tables where people didn’t have food, but I figured it wasn’t a big deal because This place basically sells one thing just in different quantities. I was wrong. 15 minutes later I had to ask for a refund because I had to go. And that entire time they had only brought food to one table, two total meals. The kid who took my order tried to say they were really busy. The place sure didn’t look busy, but even if they were busy, they didn’t bother to want to tell somebody with a to go order that at the time the order was placed. Then they had to get some girl to come over and try to do my refund, but she wouldn’t refund my money because I use tap to pay Finally it took some other guy to come around the corner to actually give me my money back so I could leave. The whole time I’m hearing a couple employees talk back-and-forth in Spanish fun of me for being impatient. Mind you, at this point, I have been in the restaurant for 20 minutes, got no food, or a refund, and only two total baskets of chicken had been delivered to tables. A very disappointing experience. When I left, I counted a total of 10 cars in the parking lot and drive-through. Considering I physically saw four different employees, and heard a fifth employee talking from the back, you do the math on how busy this place actually was. Very poor experience, and I will not recommend this...
Read moreI've ate here once, not bad food. Their staff however are either space cadets or simply don't care. I was on a Uber delivery a week ago. I was pinged to pick up at 9:45 p.m , I get there at 9:52 p.m , doors are locked, lights are still on , hours read they don't close until 10 p.m, I see my customers order less than 4 ft away sitting on the black racks by front door..... I see a guy leaving. " Hey I need to pick up this order" he responds back, " we are closed". I respond " I'm for Uber, my order is right there" ( as I point like a mad woman lol ). He responds back , " ok I just texted my manager for you" , I tell him thank you. Btw , it's only 30 degrees outside. I'm standing there ten min still after that convo..... I'm freezing.... I start knocking on that door, finally I see movement. This guy rounds the corner and don't see me, I'm knocking harder and faster now. He finally looks at me, he starts walking towards me completely passing the food. I point at food, he nods and picks up food, opens the door and he flipping asks me this, " is this your order??? " , I respond , " I'm with Uber, that's my customers food" . He says, " oh you good, here". Moral of this story: if you're a business with a live order ready to be picked up for delivery, please don't close before you're supposed to close. I regretted every bit of that order because I know I was probably the one blamed for that food being cold. That was...
