This is not necessarily a complaint about main event, but the public safety officers that were at the front door Saturday 8/30 between 430pm-5pm. My husband, my daughter & myself arrived at 430pm, walked right in, no ID required. Mind you, they do have a new policy in place, where they "require" you to show identification if you look 18 or younger after 2pm. You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if you are under 18, totally get it, not a big deal. But when the family we were waiting for showed up at 5pm, they were stopped at the door required to show ID. Not a huge deal right, but they were accompanied by 2 grandparents, and a couple other adults. So, when I went to ask the safety officers what the issue was & why they weren't allowed in, they responded with they need to show ID. I asked why, when my husband and I weren't IDd. They responded with, you look older than 18. Understood, so why do they have to show ID, they are with a set of grandparents, they absolutely dont look 18 or younger. They said the young man didn't have ID, I replied but they are with 2 grandparents, that look older than 18. They kept repeating that the young man didn't have ID. Again, I said we didn't get IDd, and again they replied we look older than 18. Again, I responded with the grandparents look older than 18 and they are all together. My husband then asked if he could show his ID for them, since we were all together and they said no. Now, if this was really about these "public safety officers" trying to enforce this new policy, we should've been IDd too. If this was about minors needing to be accompanied by adults, the obvious grandparents or my husband's ID should've been enough, but this wasn't about that at all. This was about 2 people that were placed in a position of power and abused it. These 2 men were white and the family that they stopped and didn't allow in, was very obviously Hispanic. Again, I understand the policy, lots of places have policies like this and i appreciate it. But this wasn't about the policy, this was 2 men discriminating against this family. And if you say why didn't they just show ID, then EVERYONE should have been IDd. Including my husband, myself and the many other families we watched walk in between 430p-5p as we waited for...

We went for my nephew's birthday party. They spent nearly $400 and this is what we got:
The pizza was some of the most mediocre pizza I've ever had. It was basically cardboard with a bunch of cheese on it.
The staff rushed us through our meal because they "had another birthday that needed to use the table after us." They then proceeded to make us remove all of our belongings and we then had to stand around awkwardly for nearly 30 minutes because they wanted us off the table, but they weren't yet ready to have us do the games and rope course. So we had a bunch kids under the age of ten that couldn't sit and eat, and also couldn't play games. Just had to stand around being bored.
Ropes course was fine. But then we had to do the laser tag. HALF of all of their equipment was broken in some way. Some of the units literally had hand written notes that said "does not connect" or it wouldnt power on at all. Some others had missing buckles for the straps, or missing the straps entirely. We also multiple people who said that their guns weren't working correctly during the game. The state of their equipment was absolutely shameful.
Last but certainly worst of all was the games. Each kid has $10 worth of credits to play games. You'd think that would be enough to have fun for at least 30 minutes, right? Nope. You were lucky to play 4 games. Some of the games (I'm looking at you crossy road) would cost 8.7 credits (nearly $2.00) and you would only get one life. I saw multiple kids who tried that game and didn't play for more than 7 or 8 seconds. And also none of the games are a even amount of credits. They are all some obscure number with a decimal point. So you are always left a random number of points left over that you can't use. So it's literally wasted money.
At the end of the visit my wife and I both agreed that we would never come back to this place. They rushed us through our meal, then made us wait around, had faulty and broken equipment, and their arcade is the scummiest thing I've ever experienced.
This place should have died during the pandemic. I have no idea how they are still...

Waitress kept asking if that was all..I kept adding things (teenage boys with me). Main dish came out within 20-25. When dropped she came and asked if everything looked okay. I mentioned we never got the appetizers. (Wings) when main entree included chicken tender sandwiches. She said “I’ll check” didn’t see her again until for another 15 minutes, asked for refills and watched her tend to other lanes before going filling. Waited another 10 minutes for our appetizer (very hot plate, had been sitting celery was hot even) and not what we ordered. Then another pit stop for her on the other side of the center, still no drinks. Started walking to bar to get refills to her coming back with 3/4 fountain drinks and her saying are we ready for boxes. To which I said “no, we just got the rest of our food”. Came back with last refill. And had to go to the bar area for check and boxes. Mentioned it was not great service, would have ordered more if she would have been more attentive. She then walked up to the bar confrontationally and said in a loud voice “I did ask if you needed anything, and boxes but you said no” and she stomped away. Made sure to blame the food not getting to us on her food runner. She took boxes to our lane as I was at the bar getting some. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Being in the service industry myself that is not the correct behavior for any server. Keep your composure until after guest leaves. The attitude and disrespect then she came back after I was able to speak to a manager and was talking loudly about our table to the bartender. Definitely needs more training and an attitude adjustment. And maybe some team building, throwing her coworkers...
