If you have to use this company DONT sign the page for the extra little program (which is totally optional but they wont tell you that and when you tell them that they argue with you unless you put your foot down. In fact they seem to make a lot of your decisions for you in their favor of course playing on you not knowing how it works). They said one perk is giving back whatever youâre renting and trading it in for something else so you donât lose your investment.
I rented a recliner for a bit but it was just too big for my living room. Decided to swap it for a rug. Prob put in one to two hundred on the chair only got credited 30 dollars pretty much the price i paid for their worthless program.
The rug looked alright in the store. Got it here and it had a lot of stains. I found out they may not be stains just a rally really dirty rug. Now I have to pay to have it shampooed because rent one rents out horrible quality merchandise.
He said he gave me a discount for the condition of it being used but I donât see it I only got 30 bucks off this dumb rug. I wonât use them again. Warning everyone to stay far away horrible quality. Lies to you and contracts donât match what they tell you. Class action anyone? Iâm also posting this everywhere to warn people

   Read moreWould not recommend this place whatsoever! They destroyed the leather on our couch & loveseat while coming in the front door. Initially, they tried to just knock off a few payments in exchange for ruining our set. When we told them we didnât want to do that, they said the set should take a couple weeks to come in. After a couple weeks, it was supposedly on âback orderâ and that they would let us know when they got it in. Iâm conflicted with this considering furniture spot in north Kansas City could of had us the exact same one within two weeks? Finally, four months later they call me telling me they have the loveseat in. Yes, just the loveseat! When both the loveseat and sofa were damaged. Now theyâve delivered a sectional that we agreed on and it has a burn mark on the arm & pen marks in between the cushions! Yes We were under the assumption that this was a brand new off the show room floor sectional. They wonât order us a new sectional... because of the condition we gave them back the loveseat and sofa! Do they just forget that they ruined it? They continue to leave rude messages on my voicemail. Very unprofessional and have zero people skills/customer satisfaction. Just look at some other reviews to get an idea of how this place is! Wish we had just gone to Aaronâs instead! Me and my husband was new to their company and didn't get to even make our first payment before someone was calling our phones over and over like we had been with them for months and had missed several payments already. The following next week for our second payment they werecalling us again first thing in the morning before we could even get our day started. When I asked the young lady will you be calling every week she was like yes until your account is current. How and we are new customers. She did not care. This company bis horrible I will never recommend non of my people to them. I gave them everything of theirs back otta not worth the weekly earlymorning harrassment calls from them.
