Iāve read so many responses to reviews that this company talks about their integrity and making sure that the customer is satisfied, but Iām really trying to understand how that happens when your sales reps are management whoever is supposed to be in charge or never on the same page, they tell you one thing then they do another and then try to cover their tracks by making sure that they huddle with each other after someone that says something to try to make it like they corrected an Issue thatās not how business should be done. If you tell me something you should honor what you tell me if it has to be corrected you correct it amongst each other at another point in time the consumer should not have to suffer from what you guys call making a sale. Cargo. Largo has been a steeple in this city for a long time and I understand battling resellers. The crazy part is that you guys sell products higher than what the resellers do and even higher than what the manufacturer does so Iām not understanding how you constantly say oh our buyers buy this stuff so high knowing that that is not the truth, but it hurts your sales reps and cashiers because theyāre told to do one thing and then when they go do that, theyāre being punished because it was the wrong thing so someone else says afterwards I know it may seem like Iām rambling, but Iāve had this issue more than three occasions and when Iāve asked for a phone number email or something to speak with Upper management I was denied the information and told that there was no one else to speak with. I kid you not me and my wife have talk to four different people a lady who is supposed to be in charge of your boutique area a guy who supposed to be in charge of your shoe department a guy who is supposed to be the store manager at the time and another guy who just answered a bunch of questions, but then turned around and said that all his answers were wrong and if youāre going to price match anything against StockX, maybe you should look and see that StockX is a reseller so they buy cheap and sell high according to the demand of a resale market, but donāt tell me youāre going to price me StockX and then when you see that the price is lower than what youāre selling it for tell me that you do not honor StockX prices And it has to be all the way across the board should not be that I can buy fear of God, essentials, billionaire, boys club, etc. but then you turn around and tell me I canāt buy a Yeezy price match from the same place and theyāre all sold on the same website but Iāve even brought the prices from Adidas and Yeezy themselves and theyāve been cheaper than what you guys sell them for and they tell me oh we donāt go off their price so I really try to figure this out. Iām speaking as a frustrated consumer who definitely has Had some of the worst experiences in your store after having some great experiences in your store you guys have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCargo Largo is and was a great store, although the current management team is causing this place to decline. As a customer, I notice the lack of communication, and you'd think this huge new place would have some sort of email or phone system so employees could notify others when they offer a discount or something similar. One of the managers, or MODs, as they call them, told me that since my item was damaged (a pair of shoes), I could return it and buy it again for 20% off. Then, upon my return, the manager on duty (a man in his 40s) didn't know I had been offered this and basically accused me of lying. The customer service employees (who do an amazing job putting up with these people) even suggested to call the manager they think I spoke to and ask her, and his response was "she's on vacation." On another occasion, one of the managers TALKED to an employee on the floor (you know how embarrassing this is). Since this place is huge, I bet there are plenty of places he couldāve gotten talked too. Other than that, this place is AMAZING, with great deals, especially on weekends when the sales are even better. Most of the employees are super friendly and very helpful. There's one guy (maybe his name is David) who is amazing, super kind and helpful. Aileen from the boutique is also great; she told me she's been there for about 30 years. Edwin and the cashiers on Friday nights were super helpful. Everyone should check this place out because it's amazing! Just don't ask for a discount; you might get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis used to be a great place for a good bargain however it's seems to be very hit and miss. Actually went to customer service because item was available though Amazon cheaper than they had it priced, definitely Google the item before purchasing because their pricing has gone to about 90 percent retail on quality items. Cheaper quality items aren't as much percentage wise . But after contacting customer service and speaking to them. They said that they could basically do 5.00 less. Than Amazon I declined after waiting for several minutes of their policies, Items must be rated a certain amount. Something like more than 3 stars out of 5 Kind of a huge hassle for little to no savings once your time is considered. Worth a trip if you are in the area. You may find that needle in the haystack. But for the price, buyers beware. Anything more than 70 percent of new retail is to much in my opinion and most of what they have is outdated or last year's model. That they have Negotiated purchasing at a extremely low cost. Check the retailers because the retailers clearance is far less. I worked for a company and was actually contacted by one of their buyers wanting to purchase our clearance items for mark-up. I'd have to say that there are some bargains but only about 10% of what they sale however they do warehouse bids at a different location and several pallet buys can be had a a good price. It use to be one of my favorite places to check out but not since they changed their...
