Hands down the worst Starbucks drink i’ve ever had. Lukewarm at best. Tasted like liquid sugar - couldn’t even hardly get it down. Gentleman at the window was super polite & friendly. I originally tried to order a caramel brûlée latte but they were out of the mix so he suggested a white choc mocha w/ a pump of caramel. Sounds good with me. I didn’t expect to get charged an extra $.80 cents for caramel when they’re out of mix and offering to sub it with something else, it’s not like i wanted to order that originally, but whatever - i obliged without saying anything. Read moreTried to go in for a pick up bc the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Every single person ignored me. I had to leave and go to the drive thru to pick it up… Spent over 15 minutes waiting in store and in the drive thru so now my drink is already watered down.
Also, it wasn’t a long wait that’s the problem. It’s being ignored and they do it all the time at this location.
Even if you have to go in for a problem. You get ignored, treated like you’re an inconvenience when the made your drink wrong, and then talk to you rudely. A woman rudely said, “I can’t take that.” And pushed my drink towards me and pointed to the trash?...
Read moreI have been working an extra job this month and found this Starbucks in the area. I've used the drive through about 5 times already and it's been amazingly fast. The employees are super friendly. Even used a "Good Monday morning, what can we make for you". Then, at the window if there is a small wait, the employee asks how your day or week is. He has done this every time so it's not just a one day fluke. Much better than staring at a closed window while waiting. Very good job!
