Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Worst customer service I have ever seen. 2 employees working, both incredibly rude. Ordered some takeout pizza yesterday afternoon and it was not ready when I get there like the order confirmation said. Both employees were yelling at the customers and said their "system was down" and turned anyone walking in away. The younger male employee was constantly cussing at customers. When my order was finally ready he said my name and then proceeded to put it in that stupid mobile order machine despite me standing at the counter. He then proceeded to keep unplugging the machine because it stopped working. Very dumb system. I said can you please just hand me my pizza order if you have to keep unplugging this machine? He waited about 10 mins and gave me my pizza. Will not be coming back here. I worked in the service industry and I know it can be frustrating and sometimes customers can be rude but everyone that walked in to get their order or tried to order was treated with extreme meanness. This place is awful The customer service is very poor! Not welcoming at all. The manager on duty Vincent F., we asked for extra parm and butter on our bread sticks we watch the other young lady (who seemed clueless at her job) pull them out of the hot box and set them on a cold table while they waited for our other pizzas to come out. They get done, handed us only four pizzas which we ordered 5. And told him we wanted extra butter and parm and he goes they are (honey we watched everything you did) so he had a slight attitude for his mistake. Then kept our fresh pizzas on the customer counter instead of returning them to the hotbox mind you we were still waiting for our other pizza so our food is getting cold from their mistakes. And by the way after handling someone money/care wash your hands. I seen one employee wash their hands but coughed on the paper towel dispenser.

Yes I know what I am talking about, I worked there for 8 years. With the best and first owners of little Caesar’s. The customer service sucks!!!!

On Sat, 10-01- 2022, we stopped in at this Little Caesar's late. The manager had just turned the "Open" sign off and about to lock the door. She stopped closing and asked us what we would like. That alone is good customer service.

I asked her what she had already cooked,,hot and ready. She said she just had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 order of breadsticks ready to go. Then she asked what we wanted. I told her if she had a cheese pizza ready to go, we would have bought it, but since she was closing, it was not a problem.

So, not only did she insist on making a cheese pizza fresh just for us, but she, noticing my cane and my hobbling, said we could sit in our car comfortably and she would bring it out when it was cooked!

Talk about "Knock Your Socks Off Customer Service!"

Wow! She absolutely made us both go "WOW!"

I should have asked her if she wanted to go to Anderson, SC with us!

She is that rare gem of an employee and the Little Caesar's headquarters should do whatever it takes to transfer her ti the home office to train and oversee all Little Caesar's...
