I frequent this location for one reason and one reason only, Lance Aka The Orignal Dondada! He's literally THE BEST! I can walk straight in the store, see Lance and he gets up, gives me a seat and is ALWAYS ready to help. I have been in there a few times over the past few weeks. Lance has taken care of my every need. He makes sure whatever my issue or need is, that it is taken care of and I'm a happy customer when I leave. Last week I lost my phone and had to bring in a new one. Lance made sure all my info was on there and I was go to before I left. Then yesterday I went to upgrade phones and Lance made the process so easy and it didn't take forever. I'm loving my Galaxy S24+! If you need a good rep, please go see Lance! I have been standing in this store for about 30 minutes and the guy continues to to make small talk with the customer without even speaking to me. There was a black girl at the front desk and she was working with another gentlemen and when she said "we will be right with you." Then when she finished, got up and walked to the back.
