I would give zero stars, but that's not an option. My experience last night around 6:30pm trying to exchange some clothes for my daughter and son was beyond disrespectful and uncalled for as in how we were treated. Let me just say your department of clothes for plus size women really sucks and there's very few options as there is to men's clothing. As, I was exchanging the xl and 2x clothes in women's because the sizes did not fit her at all. I also feel that they are not even plus size because how small they run. By the way, I also purchased mens sizes too because those sizes pretty much fit her accept for a few items. Anyways, at the checkout line there's clothes getting returned and she tells me that a $6.99 top I had already been returned which was a blatant lie nor have I been back to that store till yesterday, Thursday 10/24/24. Camera's and IT can look into it and see I'm telling the truth. Basically, two women, Elisha and another worker who I will find out her name were arguing back and forth with me that I did return it and if you actually investigate you'll find I never returned anything accept for what was being returned yesterday and who ever rung me up last month messed that up. So, as things were getting rung up she very nasty and with a huge attitude told me I couldn't exchange the clothes that were a mix of mens and womens plus size with mens clothes because my daughter is a girl and there's some policy against doing that because we were using a school voucher which made absolutely no sense, but if you look at the actual receipt you will find that some mens clothes were bought and some were getting returned. All I wanted to do is exchange the non fitting clothes with mens clothes: sweat pants, jackets, and some hoodies because that is pretty much only what she could fit unfortunately. They both argued with me that there are plus size options in womens which there wasn't much in her size. If they actually new there merchandise like they claim they did they would know that there aren't much options for 2x or even 3x in women's pants or tops. And as I stated to them both, those plus size women's options did not fit her and why I wanted to do the return and exchange. I will be going into further detail with corporate about how I was treated. One of the workers nor Elisha stated she knew I would be a problem after I stated I knew I would have issues returning and exchanging things because they would not give me a receipt. I'm Not sure what she meant by that, but I can only assume because I was a black women trying to exchange clothes that I guess that I would be a problem. Your workers really need to watch what they say to customers truly. She made me and especially my daughter feel less than because she couldn't exchange clothes for men's that actually fit her. So, basically I could not exchange those clothes because of some sexist policy and I might lose out on almost $90.00 worth of merchandise if I can't exchange those clothes for mens sizes and sizes that actually fit her today. I don't want to forget that one of the ladies or the security accused me of wearing some clothing from the store because my son's bag kept going off (twice) because they are incompetent of taking 2 sensors off. I told them all the clothes I had on were from a high end store that I work at. I went to return $80 worth of scrubs, the manager was blatantly rude so I simply told her I don’t know why she’s being so rude, I just needed to get one size bigger. I guess me asking her why she was being so rude set her off so she made me leave the store. Even the security guard knew I did nothing wrong! The first time I came to return my items, their return machine was down. When I first purchased the items; their recipt printer did not work. She acted like I was lying.. She refused to give me her name or the general managers name because she knows her customer service was beyond called for. I have never been treated so poorly and that women needs fired! The security officer then informed me i am not allowed to carry my firearm in the store (no where on the doors does it say no firearms) and that I had to leave.
