Know & understand that you are shopping used products that have been returned to original seller and now they are in this store. I have been here a few times and have always been satisfied with my purchases. No reason to complain about the staff, there is a reason everything is cheaper than retail. I bought a Hunter ceiling fan for $40 that retails new for over $250, the fan works perfectly and was not missing any parts. I have had it for 2 years now. I bought another ceiling fan for $40 that retails new for almost $100. Unfortunately, the glass light fixture globe was broken. I was able to find the same ceiling fan at Lowe's. I bought the same fan, switched out the globes and returned the broken one back to Lowe's for refund.

I bought a Barbie Malibu Beach House here and I was nervous about it because of over 200 plastic parts. I got the Barbie house for 50% less than retail and honestly, that was only way my daughter was going to get it because I'm not laying down $300 for a giant piece of plastic. I was told that I could return the Barbie house if I found it damaged or missing pieces, but since I was not provided a receipt and paid in cash, I doubted that promise. But when the Barbie house was opened on Christmas Day it was in mint condition and not missing any parts.

There is a definite risk and buying from this business, however, sometimes the risk is worth saving all that money. I've been meaning to return here because they offer so many different products. Definitely a good place to save money on tools, lawn equipment, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and toys.

I purchased a solid wood dresser, a roll around craftsman tool chest, a dining room table with 4 chairs from this store, and was always pleased with the way that I was helped and treated. The owner is absolutely a gentleman. My hat is off to this fine man, his family, and family of workers because they all work hard to provide for themselves and their families. The dining room set, they even worked with me on the price! They delivered everything except the tool box to me since it was purchased at a different time. The delivery was exactly when promised. Used to shop here frequently for our projects. Decent selection but prices have gone way up. Sometimes even higher than retail in the box stores and price isn’t negotiable. Some of the merchandise has price labels that are less than what they’re willing to sell it for. Example: shoes stickered as $10 but then insisted price was $35 at the register. Merchandise is often missing parts too. Willing to overlook certain things for clearance merchandise but when it’s basically full priced, definitely not worth the time or hassle to shop here any...
