Placed an order for pickup in NOBLESVILLE.
After taking payment and not responding to 2 different comms' i got an invoice on Tuesday (their pickup day) with a modified pickup in downtown Indianapolis at a location with only a 5-6pm pickup window. *Its 40 minutes from where i live to there' and I dont get off work until 530pm.
The person responding was very argumentative about there being any possibility of a mistake on their end. Anyone wbo works in technology understands that machines and programming are both definitely fallible.
They did manage to switch the order to Fishers' but by this point I can't be bothered with so much negativity over what should have been an easy to resolve error with an ordering system. I am just going to leave the stuff for their donation program.
So now' its off to the grocery store to buy the same ORGANIC produce I've already ordered' and pay for it a SECOND time. Ridiculous. Never again.
Fwiw used a co-op thing in Chicago with no issues for years.
Here, I got lectures and attitude for an easily resolvable mistake that was on their end. Avoid. Goodbye $80!!
EDIT: The good news is the produce went to charity.
The bad news is that the leader (?) of this organization directed members to attack me on Facebook (and I'm presuming soon) other social media platforms for reporting my experience. My Facebook feed blew up with notifications from group members attacking me, with 2 noting the benefit of the produce going to charity and acknowledging possibility of an error.
All in all, a horrible experience, exacerbated to horrendous by the leader's guidance to encourage people to harass me over a review.
The vegan mafia is real apparently 😆 and they ain't playing. They have my address' sure hope they don't send manny the zucchini finger over to settle the score.
I guess there was no okra way this could have ended hahahaha

The produce is consistently higher quality than what I get at the big box stores, and I love knowing we're helping support plenty of local farms and businesses we wouldn't have acccess to otherwise. When stores were short on staples like meat, eggs, and even bread flour, ICFC came through and my kids were well fed and happy! Odessa works hard to take care of not only her customers but her volunteers and staff, as well as the community. You can feel good...

We love all the fresh produce and great deals we get on organic items. Definitely a win in my book! I have only great things to say about the lady who runs it and our delivery drivers.
