Unbelievably unhelpful. Drove out of my way for a specific product this location showed 3 of on their website. Found the price tag and there were none in the area. I asked one attendant, she had me wait, then checked to make sure I wasn't just wrong and then said it wasn't her area and called for someone else. I then waited for another associate to come to the aisle and act like I was bothering her by needing something in, apparently, her section. She does the same thing and tells me their system says there are zero in the back as if that was answer enough. After some prodding, she admitted that it also said they had 3 available on hand/on the floor. We both looked around for about 1 minute and then she showed me how it said "online only" on her scanner because it seemed like it might get her out of anything further. I pointed out that they still show 3 in their inventory and that it's an expensive product to just be missing. She then just told me "Well, people pick stuff up and put it wherever so...sorry!" and walked away. So it's on me to hunt for the product you advertise having? Either you're hundreds of dollars short on allotted inventory, you're so disorganized that it can't be found or she's just too lazy/overworked to help me further. Probably a combination of a couple of those. I mean I know these people are paid barely anything and always playing catch-up with unattainable efficiency goals, but then it should just be a warehouse not open to the public with stockers and a front desk I can order from. Then maybe I wouldn't have to feel like I was bothering someone and being fed excuses when I just try to purchase a product you...
Read moreI used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping...
Read moreLove targets products and style and highly suggest another target store! if you are going too this target though be super vigilant! And I recommend not going in alone! Bring a witness that can pull their phone out. And donât just go looking around it. there is a over zealous & violent loss prevention worker that doesnât ask questions and just acts and this store will delete any footage if they are wrong so you have no protection against them! She cost me a front tooth because I wore jewelry into their store and I believe they have a lot of incidents because the officer that arrived told me that when they call they take their word and itâs the courts job to view camera footage not theirs and like I said this store particularly not all targets will delete that footage if it doesnât back up their workers statement and she is still there. However there are other target stores and Iâve never had a single problem at any other one and I live in two states. Get my fair share of target and my room is decorated in target...
