I would VERY highly recommend contacting Computer Solutions LLC if you have a computer problem! I was kept informed every step of the way and my very expensive laptop that I had been told was basically useless by another computer "expert" and told to throw away was fixed better than new! It wouldn't even boot up yet everything on my hard drive was recovered. My motherboard and the hard drive were replaced with a much better solid state drive and a much quicker turnaround than I ever expected. All at a price MUCH lower than I ever thought it would be. Jennifer took the extra time to go over some really helpful programs and told me about some usage issues that should help avoid future problems. She truly went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier! Awesome Computer Repair Shop! We found Kevin’s place driving by on Main Street going to and from our school. I called and he was so helpful over the phone, very knowledgeable and a great listener; he was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our lap top and PC over the phone before taking it to him to fix. Our 12 year-old expressed interest in seeing what Kevin would do to fix the problem; He came along with me to drop off the PC; Kevin took the time to give our son a little tutorial and encouraged him in his interests in computers. We picked up our PC today and both of our boys are so excited about all the operating system. The cost to fix our PC was reasonable and we will definitely recommend Kevin to everyone we know and will come back to him in the near future for a newer refurbished PC. My very thin laptop screen took some damage from a toddler and it made a large part of the screen fully unusable. I had looked into repairing it myself but the cost + my skills didn't make me confident it'd turn out well. I looked into sending it to Dell but that was going to be a huge process that would've cost me more and taken longer. Thankfully, Kevin took a look at it, quoted me a price that was cheaper than expected since he was able to get just the screen and not the entire fixture.
