Ball Park Pizza — Restaurant in Beech Grove

I called in an order on 7/5/17. I got there and handed them a discover to pay. The gal at the front walked to the back and I hear some rude (me being very nice) lady yell that if I could read, the sign clearly says they only take Visa/MC.

I looked and didn't see a sign but handed her a Visa without saying a word. They told me they needed a few more minutes so I waited outside.

When I came back the gal who had taken my payment not 10 minutes prior asked if she could help me, asked what I needed, and then asked if I'd called in. She then couldn't find my ticket I'd already paid. She walked into the back and came back with my pizza. She did apologize but it was super weird.

Pizza was okay, but the issues here are cleanliness. We visited right after they opened on a Saturday... and it looked (and smelled) like it had not been cleaned in a bit. Every single table was dirty, and so was the whole floor. We went out to their patio, and a piece of siding was off of the awning and laying on the ground. The tables outside were covered in chiggers.

I have to imagine that, if we saw all these cleaning issues when they had just opened, there must be even more than meets the eye. The only reason they got two stars is because the...

The food was not that great. The pizza tasted like it was a frozen pizza you get from the store and the center was not fully cooked. Got a philly steak sandwich that had no flavor at all. The only thing that was good was thr salad I got. Even that tasted like a pre packaged salad they just put in a bowl. Thr word thing also is I got ranch and it came in a package the server gave me but my breaded mushrooms, I asked for ranch, and that came in a small Togo container.
