Beech Grove Clay Works — Attraction in Beech Grove

We did a 2 hour pop up class! It was super fun!! Only 4 people total. Our instructor was Alex. She was a great instructor for first timers. She explained everything very well. When we were struggling she helped us out! Pottery is definitely way harder than it looks like! We were able to build as many as we could. However since it was so hard most of us only had 1x but some came out with two pieces. When it comes to glazing, they will do it for you! They give you 4 of their most popular glazes. The ladies in our office had a Girl’s Night Out and we scheduled a pop up class with Nathan. We had SO MUCH FUN! We had the whole place to ourselves. He taught us how to make a bowl, a cup and a vase. This was a first for most of us, so we ended up making whatever the clay wanted to be. 😄 Nathan was so much fun and super helpful.
