Eagledale Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Indianapolis

I’ve been working at this Family Dollar since late August early September and still do, there are only 3staff that work here. A majority of the customers are rude and impatient. We do not have shopping carts because most of the customers leave them outside, walk them to their location and don’t return them so there considered stolen. Again we only have 3 staff members, I’ll speak for myself I do the best that I can busting my behind in Family Dollar trying to meet the customers needs and being patient with them as well. I work full time hours but I’m part time, I don’t get Holiday pay, PTO, a break or a day off unless I take one. The district manager doesn’t care, Family Dollar as a Company does not care about their employees. The customers don’t understand what we cashiers at Family Dollar go through for 10.50 an hour. Ok so I'm half & half on this place, The positive points are there is a lot of stores here to shop at compared to other shopping centers where there will be one big name brand store and maybe one or two little small shops but the rest of the store fronts are empty and have been for many years, TBH I was surprised that this one hasn't went the same route, alot has changed with this place over the years but it's always remained quiet busy with business, Now the negatives are mainly upkeep of the property and we'll deserve upgrades and updates, Look at the parking lot, Its damn near a third world country driving through there, So someone needs to sink some money into this place, And I think a fuel center should be out there, I mean its not like theres no room for it, And new black top needs layed, new fresh parking...
