Pizza Food Mart — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The cashier was super sweet and had the most friendly smile, she was helpful and respectful. They gave me a realistic time frame for how long it would be so I could leave and come back. The pizza here is always delicious. I prefer them to the national chains. You would not look at them and tell, based on the area or the simple inside but they are great!! They have desserts and drinks as well. I bake so I have not tried them so I can't speak to that but they look nice.

The pizza is hot and fresh, the crust is super tasty. I prefer their garlic sauce so I have never had their red sauce but all of the toppings combination flavors sound delicious so I would give them a try.

The last one I had was a meat-lovers with the garlic sauce on a mini crust, I had plenty of slices for me as a single plus size woman. It lasted two meals for me. The time before I had a garlic sauce with some chicken and veggies. You really can't go wrong with it.

The location has plenty of food options and it had a sign saying it takes EBT you just pay a cooking fee is how it was explained how to get hot food on a card. Not that I get them but it may encourage someone else to try them.

In conclusion, I will continue to happily drive thirty minutes to get a pizza and wait patiently for that first bite in the truck lol. Pizza pizza has become a favorite amongst our cousins. We light up like little kids when one of us mentions it and we get to all go for pizza lol. Great customer service and that pizza have made us life long customers. I’m not allowed to give 0 stars but if I could I would. I placed an ordered online but once I got there they said they couldn’t find my order and I would need to order again (I had the conformation email and the proof of the money coming out of my account). I asked to speak to a manager and was told to come back after 5. How unprofessional can you be. I called that day after 5 only for the manager to tell me there was nothing they could do because My order was earlier in the day and they’re unable to pull up previous orders. Personal mini meat-lover's pizza tasted okay, and there was a lot in quantity: around 2.2 kg, or 4.9 lbs. Service was fine, pleasant, and food preparation time was satisfactory.

The building interior is easily the biggest shortcoming here: no table, just a short bench for seating, some sparse food items for sale at convenience store prices (eg, bags of sugar), and the presence of an unappetizing odor.
