Lady Joy — Local services in Indianapolis

One of the sweetest souls I have ever met just had a very disappointing experience at this business. I am copying her experience below.

So this is what just happened to me in Lady Joy on Lafayette Road Me (holding four dresses two of other colors and two white standing outside the dressing room): excuse me can you open a fitting room for me please? Store dude: you can't try those white dresses on because you're wearing so much makeup Me:sir I'm not wearing any makeup Store dude: (who is now speaking pretty loudly in this store full of people) look at your face I can see you have on makeup you can't try on the white clothes! Me: I have shopped here forever, there is no sign posted that says what you're saying first of all, second of all it's not makeup it's my skin (showing him my hands and arms) Store dude: (loudly now) you can't try, you can't try at all you'll get that on the clothes and make my customers look like that too! Ratchet B's in the background: (laughter laughter) he right though ain't no telling how people skin end up like that! I dropped the clothes on the floor, walked out, and cried from 29th and Lafayette to 30th and Emerson. People suck.

I pray for the mindsets of this employee/manager and the Heffas that were laughing at the situation. May you be convicted for your evil ways and learn how to treat people with kindness, despite the situation that may be at hand. ...
