Beware!!! Do not shop at this location it is not safe and the managers do not care. I came in to return an online purchase and right off the manager had to make a call to see if the item could be returned since the item I received looked to be stained when I received it, after talking on the phone she said she could provide me with a refund, I said ok, after hitting a few buttons and not knowing how to process the refund, she ended up printing out an in-store credit, which I did not want, mind you there are people forming a line behind and the other worker was putting up clothes. The Manager became frustrated and asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I wanted a refund as I initially stated in the beginning, she then said she couldn't issue me a refund and that she would be happy to void the transaction and I would have to ship the items back to the store for a refund, all of a sudden I was being called bit@he@ by the people behind me waiting in line, and saying that the manager has already told me she couldn't give you your money back move Bit@ch. after being insulted, and the manager acting as if she was irritated by me, I proceeded to leave and was pushed by one of the customers and another proceeded to jump me on my way out. I eventually made it out of the store with an in-store credit I didn't want, and called to make a complaint and no one did anything about it or even contacted me back. I have to get rainbow stores on a whole A 2 star I went to a rainbow and I saw a coat that was not on the website or at any other store and it was the size I need it very last one the person putting out the clothes refused absolutely refuse to take it off the mannequin so that I could purchase it I guess she was saving it for something or somebody because it was the very last one online and in the stores we had went to and she would not sell it to me. Absolutely terrible business practice. So needless to say we left the store and didn't buy anything after we pulled clothing from the racks and we were going to purchase like $700 worth of merchandise between the four of us. I was shopping around for a few sundresses for a trip next WEEK smh lol and while shopping at a different store, with no luck, a lady told me about Rainbow. This was my first time shopping at Rainbow and they had the exact dress styles I was looking for. I wasn't even in the store for 10 mins and found 4 dresses that I absolutely loved. They were all extremely inexpensive as well, which was an added bonus! The store isn't too big, but has a lot to offer. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.
