Family Dollar — Local services in Indianapolis

While in line today Sun Mar 7 2021 there was a young couple not wearing masks. I expressed to the nice clerk that I did not understand why they did not have masks on. He had no reply. It plainly States on the entrance door that masks are required. The family Dollar website for complaints is a big joke. I could not complete my call, text, or leave any kind of message. I was in the store for sometime and everyone I could see had the proper protection on. Can you explain to me why it's 10am on a Sunday and the DOOR IS LOCKED?!? .... You are next door to laundrymatt....people need to come in and get laundry soap and not only is your company losing out on money but you're also making it hard for individuals who don't have transportation to another store nearby. Worst family dollar ever and super ghetto the employees are very rude they say u cannot bring any bags/purse in the store.. it’s very dirty and stinks they never have any product on the shelves all the boxes be stacked up in the aisles for days... I think this store needs to be shut down or they need all new staff... I’m definitely contacting the corporate office department about the way me and my wife was treated 😡🤬 DO NOT SHOP HERE OR STOP...
