So I bought a portable heater and also a 6 month warranty. The heater then catches on fire. I take it back a week or so later after I had time. I exchange it for a different heater. I had to use my warranty which is fine but with the new heater I had to buy a new warranty as you can only use the warranty once. Well I get the second heater home and turn it on. It’s blowing air but never gets hot. I flip it upside down to read the manufacture label and it’s not even a heater. It’s a purifier. I take it back, they don’t have anything equivalent to what I need, so I just wanted my money back. They gave me cash for the heater but couldn’t refund the warranty but I didn’t even use the warranty, they miss labeled something so this is on them. So I guess all I got was the money for the heater and the store pocketed my warranty money. Also the person in charge was laughing at me and mumbling under his breath as I was leaving. Read moreI should've expected a bit less because it's a pawn shop but it was worth a try. I'm tryna get some money and I went up there yesterday to sell a 2012 TV. It was a 32inch and it was in good condition. Looking online, they all go for about $50 or sometimes 60. I know I wasn't gonna get that so I asked for about 30. They denied 30 and said 20. As a bit skeptical I was, I accepted 20 because I still thought that was a play deal considering it'd a smaller 2012 tv. Then as soon as the money is gonna be given to me, they immediately switch up and say actually our machines said 10. 10 for a tv? That's wild. Especially since it isn't bad or that old. I went to this location yesterday to sell a brand new Bluetooth speaker, because my Partner and I could not figure out how to use it. Chris took his time to show me how to use it. When I got home I was unable to add the device to my account, due to it still being connected to Chris’ account. When I called in for assistance, Chris had left for the day. However, Andy reached out to Chris to ask him to disconnect my device from his account.
Chris and Andy demonstrated excellent customer service. They were kind, patient and understanding.
