Jordans Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Terrible service, maybe if the manager wasnt walking around with an air pod in his ear, he could focus on doing his job right. I ordered online and they got all the modifiers wrong, but first I got to my car and realized they forgot a meal, then I got to my hotel and realized they didn't give me my drinks. I ran back and found out that even though they offer coke products online, at 16oz & 24oz sizes they actually have pepsi products in 16oz bottles and 12oz cans. I was cool with all this until I got back to my room and discovered a burger that needed only lettuce, had EVERYTHING, and a gyro that needed no tomatoes had them also. I called about both and the guy on the phone acknowledged fixing both, but when I got back (for the third time) I was told he would make a new burger but I needed to bring the gyro back. I understand the policy, but I was not told on the phone to bring it. I told him I wasn't lying and even showed him pictures of the the receipt and food and he said that I could have put tomatoes on the other gyro. I asked if I could just get a refund for the gyro and he asked why I couldn't just pick them off. I told him it was about my time wasted having to come back, multiple times, due to missing food, then drinks, that nobody told me I needed to grab myself, from the cooler off to the side. He then told me it's the customers responsibility to get their own drinks. I told him it was my first time here. (How am I supposed to know that I'm to grab pepsi products from a cooler when I ordered cokes? They also forgot to tell my brother in law to get his drinks when he came and got his own food during all this) Manager did give me a refund but when I told him I'm not trying to bull** him, he handed me my money and said, "well you just got a gyro for free." It is way too bright and the rap music was entirely too loud and it gave me a headache. It was so loud that I had to keep asking the counter guy to repeat himself because I couldn't hear him. My friend and I would have ordered our food to eat there if it weren't so loud and bright. I ordered the Italian beef and he asked if I wanted the sandwich dipped and I said no,I want it dry, I get home and he must have completely submerged the sandwich as when I went to pull the paper bag out of the plastic bag it had so much juice on it the paper bag disintegrated and when I tried to pick up my sandwich to eat it the entire bun was nothing but mush and I had to literally pour the juice out of the plastic bag that spilled out of the container . That is completely unacceptable and it really irritates me because I specifically asked him not to do it and it's like he went overboard just to screw with me.My friend ordered the chicken wings and it was supposed to come with bread and he didn't get it . My boyfriend and I ordered from them last night. When he got there they said they were closing so they couldn’t make him a sandwich. He got fish instead and it took 30 extra minutes. He got home we ate the tiniest bit of the chicken and fish and the chicken had a weird color and it all was very soggy. Then flash forward a bit later we start throwing up and getting sick. I call to talk to a manager they are unprofessional saying they’ve never had a problem their food is fresh they fry to perfection and all this and said it wasn’t from them. We didn’t eat anything else the whole day. And most places wouldn’t be so defensive and rude they would listen and hear the customer out.
