Came thru drive thru on Easter Sunday, I had ordered online, however when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a drink! The gentleman working the drive thru named Martin was already greeting me with a smile, and when I explained that I needed to add to my order he made me feel like it happens all the time and it would be no problem at all to add that item! It was so refreshing because I do this quite often actually and usually I go across the street to a different restaurant where they not only get irritated but tell me I have to pull around and go back through the drive-thru! It’s already a holiday when most people don't want to work and they want to go home with their families and I just thought to myself "look at this young man here who is probably been working for several hours already today and he is just got a huge smile on his face was very warm, inviting, and respectful and I was just so blessed to have such a warm experience" we all take so much time out of our lives to complain when someone does something wrong, but if someone goes out of their way to be nice to you, it takes a few minutes to give that person a pat on the back and I definitely believe that Martin at Burger King on Keystone deserves that pat on the back! I called to ask his name from the manager of the store, and even she was an awesome person to speak to over the phone. I wish I would've gotten her name seems like the crew at Burger King. Read moreI live in the area. For 15 years I have avoided this establishment, because I am always unhappy about the service. Every now and then I will give it a try. Once or twice a year. I would love to eat there more often because I like BK. Well I tried again today, because they renovated, and I figure they had new staff also. Needless to say, I left the drive thru and checked my bag. I ordered three bacon double cheese burgers. They were all singles? So I went back thru and the manager said sorry and fixed it.... I trusted her.. I got home and there wasn't any katchup or mustard on them... But they were doubles at least. I am seriously in favor of computers and machines preparing and taking my order for my food, because I know it will be correct. On top of that y'all want 15$ an hour to screw up constantly. If I was you I would drive a little further north to the privately owned BK on Churchman and Raymond street, they got their stuff together! I never complain but this fast food screw up epidemic has got to end! On top of that while I'm ranting. Do you ever order something extra like cheese and you never get it, even though you were charged? Think about this, your not the only one. Read moreI just ordered 40 chicken nuggets and some fries. I was handed a bag with 20 nuggets and my fries. I told the lady I am missing 20 nuggets. She tells her coworker and then they checked my receipt to make sure that is what I ordered. The one lady rudely says “you’re waiting! Yeah you’re waiting pull around!” Like I did something wrong. I asked the other lady for ketchup and she gives it to me and apologizes. I pull around and after waiting 10 minutes I go in. She says can I help you. I said I am waiting for my 20 nuggets and she calls for the manager. She said I got the manager because my coworker said she already gave them to you. I couldn’t believe what I heard and asked the other lady if she thinks she already put them in my bag. She ignored me. I was stunned and confused at being accused of being a liar and a thief. I went outside to go bring in the bag and the receipt. The manager came up after I came back in a and laid out all the food I was given. He said here it is. I told them just to give them to you like he didn’t believe me and was doing me some kind of favor. No apologies or anything. I said my other food is cold now.
