Great Wall — Restaurant in Indianapolis

HORRID service. Usually I speak with an English speaking female who is polite and understanding when they mess any of the order up. This is the second time we ordered this week and it is also the second time the my messed it up, last time I ordered Mongolian beef, I got Hunan beef. The Asian speaking man on the phone was very rude as if I was lying about it being wrong and I told him he is free to have his entire incorrect order back, that I would just like my correct food brought to me as I was the only one of the five people in my house with out food now. Now this order..... WOW is all I can say, dad ordered large fish dinner, but recieved small fish dinner even though we paid for a large, asked for the fries well done because they are always soggy, but no they were soggy as always. And they clearly forgot it was a large because we were missing two pieces of fish , first time ordering fish from here, might as well just go to Safeway or Family Dollar because the fish is horrid. My boyfriend ordered buffalo chicken wing dinner with fries also extra crispy (sauce in the side so the wings wouldn't become soggy (which I was charged extra for)). But instead of buffalo sauce they sent us a big tub of sweet and sour sauce as if I ordered sweet and sour chicken. Soggy fries and cold chicken wings and no sauce. NOW to keep it simple for myself I ordered fried wontons and asked them to please make sure the wonton sauce was there because I don't care for them without it. And of course! No wonton sauce! The Asian man on the phone acted like he couldn't understand me as I begged to speak with theamerican woman I spoke with earlier who took my order so we could straighten it out. But instead he got very hostile and hung up on me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people that work there , very rude people, I usually order from this place 1-2 times a week to feed 2-8 people. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

The employees at this restaurant are EXTREMELY RUDE! We have been ordering food here for years and the first time they got my order wrong, they try to make it seem as it was OUR fault!! Lol I order our food and stated to not add pork in our fried rice, well this is the second time this happens. We get our food and are missing the broccoli that comes with the general tso. They tell me it will be another 45 min to get the right order and I need to give back the wrong one. What do they do with this perfectly fine food? Throw it away or give it to someone else that orders something similar and just uses my opened food????!! THAT’S DISGUSTING! If this is what they do to my food, what makes me think that I have not got someone else’s wrong order before?! The guy named Kenneth that works there (if this is really his name) calls me STUPID and not to worry about what they do with the food!! LOL I AM WORRIED BECAUSE I ORDER FOOD FROM YOU GUYS AND YOU DO NOT SOUND LIKE YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WITH YOUR FOOD. There is no manager to speak with or phone number they are willing to provide. This low life even hangs up the phone on me after calling me stupid! POINT IS: DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! THEY SIMPLY KEEP WRONG ORDERS AND PASS IT ON TO THE NEXT DELIVERY. THAT IS UNSANITARY! I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I’m sure they will not be in business much longer if this is how they treat their customers when THEY get our orders wrong!

I have ordered from here about 4 times. Food has been good, otherwise I wouldn't keep ordering. This time spent about $65 & (our usual amount spent) Beef lo mein, bad. noodles mushy, beef cut very small & not much in it, maybe 3 times the size of the noodles. Also ordered the shrimp mai fun, beef broccoli/shrimp fried rice, crab ragoons, (maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese) bad, "crab" sticks, (heavy breading that fell off), bad. Shrimp egg rolls with 2 pieces shrimp in the top of the roll & 1 piece in the bottom, no flavor. I ordered online & asked for mushrooms to be added in each entre. They put some in the lo mein, but none in the broccoli or mai fun. The beef broccoli was actually good tho. I spoke to a lady that answered the phone, she asked me to hold & man got on the phone. I explained the issues I had with rhe lo mein beef & asked why the same size meat wasn't used in the lo mein h beef broccoli but best I could make out was the beef in the lo mein was supposed to resemble the noodles. I tried to explain the other issues & he kept asking what I wanted. He said there was no manager there & I thought at that point I didn't know what he could do. No resolution at this point.
