Family Dollar — Local services in Indianapolis

There is a person in training a white female I didn't catch her name but she was completely unprofessional and I say that after a register got closed which was the only one open and she allowed the back of the line to come first to the second register and the guy that was getting rung up at the original front register that got closed got upset of the fact she let everyone behind us go before we did because she had trouble with her front register so he cussed her out for it and who wouldn't because he should still be first in line no matter what but she cussed him out in front of many children on Easter and was very unprofessional with her job and I even told her I did not hear anyone say come to the next register and the fact she let people cut us in line was terrible after we've been patiently waiting for them to figure out what is going on with the front register and after I told them I did not hear them say come to the next register she said well this guy was in the back of the line and I was not ,there were two or three people behind me and some with children that heard her cuss this elderly man out that could've been hard at hearing so I honestly think she should be fired and it should be...

Possibly the least clean and least friendly family dollar I have ever walked into. The center of the store is a jumbled mess of displays that look like they were placed by a toddler. The employees that I met ranged from incoherent to angry, and one just stood behind the checkout area staring at the floor while standing in the same spot for the 5 or so minutes while I waited in line to be checked out by the angry one. Huge difference from the store just a few miles east on Washington. I'll not...

5 🌟 🌟 to the staff member named I think her name is Patty.

Everytime I visit she is EAGER to help and very friendly. Her attitude is different than the other staff. I imagine they don't make much money and don't feel appreciated by that manager lady, based on her nasty attitude I've experienced a few times.

I love when Miss Patty is working though, her warm attitude is a healthy distraction.. It's clear she takes great pride in her work.

Family Dollar is lucky to have her - she deserves a raise...
