Flawless Closet — Local services in Indianapolis

Please beware ordering from this company. The customer service is nonexistent. My package was either misdelivered by FedEx or stolen. When I attempted to reach out as to why a signature was not required on a custom dress I received a generic answer of they had to reship hundreds of packages due to people not being home when a signature required. Which was weird to me seeing as the package came from China, which means it wasn't even shipped from Indianapolis where this company is located. I reached out again asking if a claim could be filed on behalf of the company as the shipper through FedEx, in addition to the claim I filed, and no response. I've tried calling the number numerous times, went to the address that is listed and the front desk said Flawless Closet is no longer occupied in a studio there. I have no way of contacting anyone. I ordered the “Vana” dress (order #2144) from this business February 15, 2023, it is now March 9,2023 I have emailed them numerous of times no response. On their site it states it takes up to 14 days to get shipped, it’s been 20. This business is a complete scam on their Instagram it states they are the biggest seller in Georgia but everywhere else it states their located in Indianapolis. My order still has no updates or anything. I’ve contacted the BBB and they still have no responded. I don’t even want the dress anymore because it was suppose to be for my birthday and it won’t be here I time I just want the Order canceled...

This store should not be on After pay and Noone should buy from them, their is no return address on their packages and when i reached out to the via their Instagram page I was blocked, my phone calls and email are ignored. The quality of the clothes is garbage nothing is a described on their website or pictures, the size guide they provide is a lie the clothes are extremely small and ugly.
