Myself and my husband had a 19 year old girl speed up and then turn right in front of us. Just a few days before Christmas. We have been married for 42 years and always had a house full for Christmas with all kinds of food. But this year he nor I could much more the move every breath we took caused us so much pain that I had to have my children pick up pizza for Christmas dinner we were so sore. Because of the way we were hit our air bags did not deploy and we hit hard so hard that I am scared to death to ride in a car now I told my husband I didn't think I would survive if we were ever hit like that again.. Progressive left us a phone message and said they had taken all liability for the accident and we had nothing to worry about.. We were so relieved to hear this because our medical bills had already started to come in and they were in the thousands of dollars.. All we wanted was our medical bills paid. We had been married over 40 years and were proud of our credit score. Five weeks after our car accident my husband had a heart attack and had to have a triple bypass. We were at the Hospital for 17 days. The insurance lady from the girl that hit us from Progressive and she was a sharpe tongue, rude Devil when she spoke to us on the phone so much so that my husband had told me that he would NOT talk to that women again.. I had shut my phone off while my husband was Hospitalized and the very same day I was driving my husband home she called me again.. My first words to her was Have our medical bills been paid and she said yes that she had been putting everything into a folder. I was so upset and said A Folder and I told her That's it I am calling a Lawyer. I ask around and was giving the name Craig, Kelley and Faultless and I gave them a call. I met with one of the Lawyer's here in Connersville and explained that we were Very upset because none of our medical bills had been paid and we were getting notices to be turned over to a collections. We had full coverage on our car, The girl that hit us had full coverage and we had excellent medical insurance but was told we could not use our medical which meant pay cash or I couldn't be treated.. This happened while I was in physical therapy. I told the Lawyer from Craig, Kelly and Faultless how upset myself and my husband were over these medical bills not being paid. Craig, Kelly and Faultless arranged With our insurance company Blue Cross and Blue Shield to have our medical bills paid by them so that I could continue much needed treatment. And our insurance company would be reimbursed back when everything was over and a settlement had been reached.. We have had a GREAT experience with Craig, Kelly and Faultless. They took care of Everything giving my husband and I time to heal as best I could without the nuisance stress and aggravation of the whole thing.. All our medical bills have been paid in full. Plus they made away to put money in our pockets.. We would recommend Craig, Kelly and Faultless to anybody because they honestly do have your best...

When the at fault's insurance company contacted me, they immediately tried to downplay my injury, and actually laughed at my request for reimbursement for damaged items. Feeling aggravated, a coworker told me I should get an attorney, and recommended CK&F. I had never hired an attorney before, and gave them a call and set up a free consultation. Once I arrived, I met with attorney Whitney Coker and felt at ease almost immediately. We talked through everything and she answered every single one of my 5,000 questions. We made no other calls to any other attorneys because it just felt right being there. Whitney was a rockstar! Once they took my case, I started to work with probably the best paralegal in the business, Ashley Napier. She was super friendly, super responsive, and even though she has terrible taste in hockey teams, she was always a phone call away. I never had to beg for any updates, I was kept up to date without asking. I also had to deal with some work comp issues because it was a work related auto accident, and the attorney Krysten LeFavour handled all of the legwork, I didn't have to do anything. She was great too. Before my case wrapped up, I worked with BJ Kelley, and he was an honest, straight shooter, who went to bat for me and didn't back down from a fight. It was great to see him in action, and sincerely cared about me and making things right.
About a year ago a customer of mine was telling me about an auto accident she was still dealing with, and she was with a big name firm who has all the billboards and stupid commercials, and she kept talking about hard it was to contact them, how hard it was to get answers, and her experience was nothing like mine. She was jealous of my experience, and wished she had gone elsewhere...
There's a reason CK&F doesn't have 50 billboards over a 5 mile stretch of Indy, and stupid commercials with horrible actors. They don't need them. Don't hesitate to put your trust in them, you won't be...
Read moreOur experience with Craig, Kelly and Faultless begin in 2011 after our family was struck by a trucking company that should have never been allowed on the road. The result of the accident my mother lost her life, my daughter was injured and has to live with memories from the accident, we never turn down the road where the wreck occurred and my father lived with a broken heart after the accident.
I as many might be skeptical of accident/injury attorneyâs like Craig, Kelly and Faultless and when my experience begun we actually went to a friend who was a attorney after medical bills were rolling in and no one wanted to accept responsibility but only direct blame and responsibility in the other parties way. We were directed to Craig, Kelly and Faultless by that attorney friend. Craig, Kelly and Faultless not only worked to resolve our case in the best interest of our family but also worked to change law disrupting how a trucking company can be so terrible on the verge of shut down by NHTSA to voluntarily close the doors to business A and open Buisness B on the same day all with assistance of their corrupt insurance company. We fell short of changing laws and policies as we fell short on votes to be heard by the Indiana Supreme Court Our journey with Craig, Kelly and Faultless was over 8 years and I never doubted them. Over the course of time Scott Faultless and and David Craig I would call friends. The paralegals Cassie and Tommy sometimes called more than family members did always kept us informed in hearings and case activity. I hope you and your family never have the need for Craig, Kelly and Faultless but if you do they are first very fine people who when you sit next to in court can feel proud and comfortable and happen to be exceptional attorneyâs and trial...
