Big Sharks Fish & chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

So, let me start with what I liked. The catfish, wings & fries were freshly cooked (hot) & tasted pretty good! The young man taking the order was kind, quick & accurate. However, the cook forgot to cook my onion rings. When my other food was ready he dropped them in the grease & about 60 seconds later, the young man who took the order said, "They're done, take them out." I & my friend said no they are not. He said, "I smell the onions burning!" Now, while it was kinda funny (how he responded), the onion rings were not done when I got home to eat them. I should've tasted them while there or went with my first mind & have him cook them more. But, you better believe if I lived near, I would've gone back or requested...

Extremely impressed by their kindness & welcoming attitude! We came in here very late-the staff is as very welcoming & gracious, especially one man, I presume to be the owner. We had gotten stuck in a storm coming from a big storm event & came in mostly to charge phones & regroup, with the intention to buy some things in order to have a place to recharge & get out organized. The owner offered us comfortable places to sit, directed us to where we there were chargers, gave us drinks immediately...very welcoming! I pass by here on the way from work sometimes...lots of little places in the area, but I will definitely make the point to return...

Today was my first time here at Big sharks fish and chicken. When I walked in the place was exceptionally clean. As the cashier took our order he didn’t give us our dessert or drink. When the food was ready he gave it to us and I had to remind him I had ordered a cake. My elderly father didn’t remember to ask for his drink and didn’t get it. He also didn’t get the coleslaw he specifically asked for. There are few things in this world worse than a dry gyro, perhaps a burnt dry gyro which is exactly what they gave me. Hopefully this was a fluke and this usually doesn’t happen. I’ll give them another shot one day, just...
