I was so lucky I got in the same day and this was my first time ever coming here. The reason why I called was because I went to another eyelash place and I was not happy with the services after. My eyes were so sore and they were hurting with the lash I had on. I wanted to have the ones I had on removed and a new full set on. My lash were clumped up and they felt very stiff and hard. I had so much glue on them it that you could see it. This placed saved my lashes and my insanity! 😂

Kim was the one who did my new lashes and I absolutely love them. They are so beautiful and light weight. I got the classic full set. I felt like a huge confidence boost after getting new lashes applied. She was amazing. We had great conversation and she was very personable. I highly recommend.

The gentleman there that removed my lashes was great to! He took very good care of removing the old lashes so that my natural ones wouldn’t be pulled out. You could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and their lashes. I would say he’s very passionate about the industry and the level of service that’s provided.

Lash Therapy Indy Lash Therapy is an amazing place. They truly care about their clients and want the best. They are very precise about the lashes they give you. They will not overload your lashes. They also are amazing when it comes to glued options. I have a high eye sensitivity to the glue and they have spent time working to find the perfect glue that works for me. They are on time to appointments and take the time dedicated to your lashes. Their prices are so reasonable. The new studio is gorgeous and so comfortable. They have music playing for you to enjoy, conversation with your lash consultant, and blankets for comfort. Love this place!! Addison Lewis Addie is AMAZING!! This place is AWFUL! Not only do you get the service from a recliner, they ask you to scoot up until your head hangs off, its not private, and the staff gossiped to each other from room to room about other employees and clients while crunching on food next to me...not professional or relaxing whatsoever (which would be nice when youre lying somewhere for over two hours) The tech also glued three eyelashes to my eyelids which was extremely painful when she ripped them off and i found another when i got home. She got glue in my eye which was super painful. Before i even left the office an eyelash fell out into my eye and now exactly one week later i have about five eyelashes left total...they have consistently fallen out since i left their business. I have NEVER been so disgusted and dissapointed in a business or service and this has never ever happened to me when getting my lashes done elsewhere. Needless to say i wasted quite a bit of money, i will never recommend them, and i will absolutely never...
