I would give them zero if zero was possible. They are crooks, scammers and over priced. I got my truck towed to their shop at a friend’s recommendation from Canada. I am also a Canadian CDL driver. I had an issue of Low engine pressure. When approached them they said it was an issue with oil pump and suction tubes and it is about 5-7 hours job if that is the case and I would need an oil change as well. I told them to look at it when they open up the oil pan and update me accordingly. For 2 days they did not even work on my truck and advised me of no update even though I kept calling them everyday for an update but heard only that they have not even opened the oil pan yet and will work in the morning. After 3 days of my stay in the hotel nearby I get a call from them to which they told me that my trucks engine motors is not in working condition as there was so many metal scraps in the oil pan and how they have installed the new oil pump and suction tubes and also the new oil change and advised me on my charges. I asked them why would you install a new oil pump, suction tubes and do an oil change if my engine has already seized, it makes no sense but they wanted to make their money. In end they took out the new oil pump and suction tubes but still went ahead to charge me $1850 for labour only and oil change. Labour charge post on their fridge was $120 per hour and no way their oil change is over $600. $120 for 7 hours is $840 plus oil change does not equal to $1850. Even if I consider 10 hour labour ($1200) just little extra labour for un-installing the parts that they installed plus oil change still makes no sense to charge me $1850. I would not recommend them to anyone for service. Be aware from these scammer and save your money and get your truck or trailer repaired from a reliable, responsible and honest workshop. Any honest workshop would not have went ahead to install the parts that they installed and do an oil change if the engine is already seized and then charge customer for uninstalling it as well. No communication with customer what so ever, no advise given.

In the review they mentioned how I came to the shop without notice, which is not true. When my friend gave me their recommendation I called them right away and asked them if I could get my truck towed to their shop and they said yes, you can get it towed. They were aware of my truck getting towed to their shop, it was not a surprise. Yes, it did arrive after hours but the owner told me that they will look at it in the morning and update me about it but it took them 3 days before they could reach me. I called them everyday to get an update but they kept saying that we have not worked on your truck yet. On 3rd day they told me the total charges and the work they had done and then told me to how that the engine is 50/50 seized.

Also, in the review they mentioned how they had advised me prior to changing the oil pan and suction tubes that there is 50/50 chances of engine being seized which is also not true. They only told me about the engine being seized after installing the oil pump, suction tubes and an oil change and the total charges.

Also I did spend another 4 hours at their shop when they told me my truck service has been done. I right away asked them why would you change an oil pump, suction tubes and do an oil change if the engine is already seized, it does not make any sense. That is when they like ok we will take out the part and just give us labour money. That is why I waited 4 hours at the shop for them to take the parts out from my seized engine. So Mr. owner stop lying in your reviews. To keep your good reputation in industry learn how to speak the truth first and give customer an honest advise and service as the customer relies on you to fix their equipment. Seems v nice and friendly but they will do something to ur Truck so they can keep making money from you. Be careful if someone wants to fix the truck this place do not leave, stay right there..they will give you the price then they will bill you all most double the price. Suppose you r buying French fries $1.99.but the bill will be $7.99.french fries $1.99 cooking oil $2.99.heat up the oil $1.99.bag put in and ketchup. .99.so total French fry FINAL price is $7.99.these people r crooked .and the white guy work there he is not nice at all he tells the owner how to make money In America wrong way .and he can do anything to your truck to make his commission .these people gave me price to change my radiator $450.00 which is fair price .But I end up paying the final bill $1300.00.just labour. I have some other friends they went thru the same thing .I will never go to them again .these people will stabb you on the back.
