So- I was here as a customer since the east street stand first opened early last year under a different manager I think his name was Alex? Alec? He was really cool to customers, but I heard him snap on some of his underlings who I think were in training? They seemed more nervous and less fast.... and he snapped for no reason. When I say snap... I mean cuss and make snide remarks that were very cruel. I also had an akward encounter with a worker who still works there (I believe)... I have no idea what her name was... but she has dark short hair, shes very fair complected, and wears dark colors, slender/slightly tall build, and always is in a hat when I do see her, anyway- When i was a newer customer, one of my first times ordering, (before i knew how points and specified topping worked), i ordered the seasonal cold brew last year and asked kindly if it could be just like the pic, and when it came out it had no topping...the same worker said because i didnt ask for the topping then i cant get it....and she seemed very annoyed even when I offered to pay for topping. It made me feel really bad in an awkward way, so i just left. I stopped coming as often; Especially when the store started running out of EVERY PRODUCT every week & did not order stock regularly (or so I was told).; I've since started to come more often and the new manager is amazing, so is the tall blonde with the piercings she also wears leggings, the tall red head- I think Kacie?, I love Annabelle, Annie, Bailey, and Rebecca as well, they are all great but these workers really really stand out as exemplary. My friend actually comes here and knows many others who rave about the same workers. And reguarding the one i see outside mostly.... I am not sure if the girl in the leggings is an outside order taker manager, but my friends and I who always frequent the east street 7 brew assumed she was with how well she seems to rave about the drinks, events, her coworkers, and work environment. She deserves to be promoted. I always pay cash tips to these workers so it's not taxed like card tips!!!! It is actual robbery to tax tips I used to be a server I know haha! I'm so happy this company treats/pays their employees better than Starbucks & has better customer prices/options for them! Love, -anonymous drive...

Iāve been coming to the 7 Brew on East St since it opened. I stop by multiple times a week, and Iāve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for monthsābut enough is enough.
Starting around February, I began noticing loud yelling during some of my visits. It didnāt happen every time, but when this particular manager was working, it was hard to miss. This week, I finally asked one of the young workers what was going on, and he quietly said, āAbby always yells like that at us.ā
Thatās not just unprofessionalāitās unacceptable. These young employees, many of them teenagers, deserve better than to be berated during a shift. As a parent of a teen just entering the workforce, this hit a nerve. That kind of leadership is not okay.
To make matters worse, Iāve seen this same manager outside the store more than onceāeither loudly on her phone or filming herself dancing in ways that make you question whoās setting the tone for the team. Itās off-putting, to say the least.
Iām incredibly disappointed to say I wonāt be returning until this is addressed. And thatās saying something, because this was my go-to neighborhood spot. For now? Iāll be dusting...

I said something today because my husbandās frozen drink was watery and bitter and I was given the wrong drink all together. A lady, whom Iām assuming is a manager, came out and told us that the drink was watery because we asked for almond milk and that it already has milk in it in addition? So we canāt get it with just almond milk so itās just going to be watery and bitter or we can get it with regular milk. Milk is an allergen so I donāt know why this wouldnāt be disclosed about their frozen drinks. They remade our drink but mine was missing the flavor and my husband just had to drink regular milk which is going to upset his stomach. Overall Iām just annoyed, Iāve been a barista and a cafe manager for a decade of my life and I donāt understand this attitude of not even trying to make it right. You take a lot of punches as a barista from customers but if someone is telling you their drink isnāt right you should ask questions, not tell them how itās supposed to taste and assume they donāt know what theyāre talking about.
