Walked into the store and was greeted by the doorman working which is nice so I greeted him back. The store was clean and without smells. I had never been in this location so as I walked around trying to find certain items and was having trouble finding it so I asked a lady working if she could tell me where it would be and as she did not stop and continued walking by and saying I don't know. So I walked to the front register and asked and she gave me a location I also proceeded to tell her what the other worker had done and told her had I been doing secret shopper today instead of doing personal shopping they would of failed. So I go and find my items and when I go upfront the same lady who I asked originally was on the register she didn't bother to greet me she scanned my its , tossed them to I would say because a 4 year old could of folded them better, she gave me my total and I paid. She hands me the receipt and I stand there looking at her and she's says we have no bags and continues to look around so I'm like that's info I needed I'm not gonna put clothes on the floor of my truck so I grab a reusable bag and pay for it and then grab my items and put them in the bag and walked out cashier never asked how I was , did I find everything, or say have a good day,see you next time but as I walked passed the doorman he said have a good day ma'am . A very rude dressing room employee who sat on her phone until we were ready to try on closed used a harsh and mean voice for literally no reason. She didn’t explain the dressing room number policy and borderline yelled at us for not knowing. She stared me down while I waited in the lobby for my friend. I didn’t move and she yelled “you can’t go in there!” I told her to relax and I didn’t even move I wasnt going to go to the male change room. Mind you we were the only two people so it’s not like we were disturbing people. She stared us down while we spoke privately which made us uncomfortable. She then stood up and told me to go stand by the clothes racks, I told her she was being rude and she goes “Well you’re being his mother.” Excuse me were shopping for a event of course we are going to talk about and find good outfits. We complained to the manager and he was nice and told us he would discuss the way she uses her tone and enforces store policy. But we were so uncomfortable and intimidated by how she raised her voice at us for using the dressing rooms we left without buying. No other associates...

I liked that the store was very spaced out and organized. The store was clean and in an easy to find location. I did have a horrible customer service experience because when I walked in I saw One security guard and two employees who did not attempt or even try to greet me with any kind of welcoming gestures. Then I asked if the restrooms were available and I was simply told No with no reasoning behind. I had to ask “Well are they out of Order” and it was stated to me Yes. Now there was one young lady Anahi who I noted when she got to the front of the store was greeting the new customers who were entering the store. Then as I came up to the register she greeted me with a Good morning and a smile as well. Simply because of this persons ability to properly do there job is the ONLY reason I am giving a 2 Star rather then a...
